This wasn't the case here but it's still solid advice to not respond to dms offering you a bonus or promotion (or anything really). Most experienced gamblers here are already familiar with that through reading or experience.

IMO, those moderators just not getting brief not communication. Rather than speak the emails scam, is always better ask or try to open a ticket for official member response. By the way, Metawin really have a few different emails for different offer or message. I already got 3 different emails from Metawin:
1. Official Metawin
2. Metawin Platinum VIP
3. Metawin Platinum Offer

These 3 are different emails, could be confused for the moderator and marked no.2 and no.3 is a scam.

Doens't matter, cause moderator who are working as third parties customer service must follow 2 rules:
1. Answer based on the information (doc) they're being provided
2. Don't know the answer ? ask to the team first like follow up

Yes, I do agree, but there might be some mis communication along the line that even if the moderator thinks that he has the latest answer, it could be updated as the decision maker might have change it that it could not trickle down the information to the manager and then to the customer support and moderator. Just as I said previously that I would want to make a trial and see how the gold run game works on Metawin.com and I did try make a deposit of +17trx using a bybit exchange and, the funniest thing here is that I didn't realize that minimal deposit is around 40trx (TRON) but after I made the deposit I waited so long for it to be credited to my account but it didn't reflect, I had to go back on the deposit section since I used the transfer options instead of downloading the recommended wallets, I accepted and make transfer. I have to check again to see the warning that any amount less than that won't be credited to the account, I want to know if they can reversed it back to exchange or the 17trx (TRON) is gone? The 41.9trx deposited gave me a total of 77. The deposit was recorded and confirmed on Bybit exchange.. which stated that withdrawal completed but was not credited to my balance, and of course the minimal amount is 40trx which I didn't read it on time.

Yeah is fixable depending on the approach he apply while contacting the support, because even though we have trusted casinos like metawin who will never deny anyone their money as long as is verified and in possession, getting it out require a lot of followup and submission to rules, sometimes you may be ask for documents before you get those money revsed or added up to your balance, so is necessary to get yourself set for whole process, hopefully you get the 17 TRX back any ways since it just a mistake on your part a d you accept it.

The system was detected in a single transaction, mostly any a mistake deposit wil always need manual recovery. You cannot just send another for the rest, is not like thats cause their wallet setting will only credited to minimum amount with a singgle transaction / hash.

Can't make it separated. Just ask it, can recovery or not... If not just let it go. Maybe taking those as a learned leasson, well hoping is not offence everyone 17 TRX is around 5 USD.  I don't think they gonna process these either ways due the mistake was consider it small.

if you are going to try that, don't deposit under the min again hoping it will add up, it willl probably just get lost too.
better to send more than the minimum and see if that would gets the 17 TRX credited alongside your new deposit, so incase that doesn't work, you won't have another deposit stuck.
