As mentioned, TGE hasn't happened yet, but it should be up some time after (TGE). Skel has done this with his test coin last year so I don't see a reason why it wouldn't be.

Yes, that is what I'm referring to. I usually don't handle NFTs, except as airdrops a few times and I'll not take the same care I would if I was planning to make my purchase. I'll do some reading and pick the best wallet to connect. Do you have any recommendations.

There are barriers like not all people use Discord and any change in Customer Support line from on-site to third party platforms like Discord can make inconvenience with some users.

They maybe decided to do this migration to Discord in a severe way in order to force their users moving to Discord. If they maintain on-site support, it's likely that many users will continue with this support line and don't use Discord that can affect the company's strategic change in communication with community through Discord.

That's why I also think that discord is not a venue for people to seek for help since once you post on a community chat that you need an assistance coming from their representatives or support. The impersonators would came trying to act as support then fool people. This is dangerous especially for those who are not aware about the situation since they might fall from scammers.

That's why they need to remind always their community to be more careful dealing with impersonators and other entities that would try to scam them.

But since Metawin is doing that for long time and they organize everything in their discord I guess they are fine with that, also so far we didn't saw anyone there posting that they are been scammed by impersonators.
