Regarding scammer DM you, wait until you see someone can bypass link restricted bots by special character in Discord. I think, I already share in here while my self can bypas the bots. IDK, they alrady update the discord in moderator feature and putting custom restricted or not.

IMO, better to use old schools support system (form emails) rather than discord ticket are currently running in Metamask. Cause, by emails form website even take you some times to get answer but is mostly still safe. You will not find or getting contacted by someone, or going outside from the site.

These scammer, not just DM but lure victim going to other discord acting like discord server for support only.

Both. Initially, the promotion had attracted me as it would give a positive result if I could claim all the bonus codes. Bad practice for the fact that they have so many impersonators. Sending message first is been practice by people working in this field. Since this might confuse people and they might fall as a victim by scammers in the community channel.

I won't trust what so called representative sending message first on that public channels since I'm always skeptical and try to verify if they are legitimate individuals and not the scammers.

Yeah that's the problem with sites like discord. Didn't use the server of metawin yet but I remember similar issues from BC back in the day. Every time I tried to ask a mod something account related or whatever within seconds I got a message request from some guy pretending to be "chat support" and wanting to help, they even try to copy the names of the original mods, with slight differences of course. Sometimes I was bored and played with them trying to figure out what they are trying to do. In the end they always wanted username and password, haha.
That's why I can only agree, always be careful, real support NEVER asks for login details or similar things.

I don't know about this casino and how they they manage their community on chat apps like discord and telegram, but in general terms, most people refer to state their problems of issues on public chat where not just the admin of the admins can see it, but other users too can see the issue, this is they do, or me I even do at times so that incase the admins are not online at that particular moment, some good users of the casino can help possible solution and what to do myself to have the issue rectified, this is always quick and works very well for minor issues like not understanding a part of the site or not knowing how to complete a task.

But I still agree with you  though, often times or all the time rather, admins always make it clear that they can't pm users first, this warning should automatically tell the complainant that who ever is pming him or her regarding his or her issue with the casino is a scammer, not a potential scammer but a scammer and deserves to be instantly blocked at that very moment or simply ignore them..

That is the only downside of the Metawin at this moment. I wrote a review on a website just a few days ago, and I had to point out these cons. I don't know who gave Skell this idea, or if he is probably the one to do it, just because they wanted to build a massive Discord server. They should focus on customer support instead of growing their Discord server. I thought they would bring back live support after some improvements, which haven't actually happened yet.

Personally, I did not encounter any issues and did not need to reach out to their support. However, I believe many users have had a similar experience to yours, as Discord servers are often full of scammers. I was approached by the scammers as well, but I didn't fall for it.

I know and I agree with you, but for some reason MetaWin decided to do things differently. They seem to have moved everything to Discord. Players now have to do the best with what they got. Up until a few months ago they at least displayed a support email address when you opened the support section of the website, but that's also gone now. Discord is what they use, and I don't think a public social media platform is the best option to handle customer issues.
