I don't think they need to go that far and create a unique system customized for their casino. Why can't MetaWin have standard e-mail support + a few live agents to handle customer inquiries in addition to everything that goes on at Discord? That should be enough. Most companies and projects has switched to discord from telegram because of the safety and how the discord interface can be utilized for individual projects in a way that make things to be organized. I don't think they need to go that far and create a unique system customized for their casino. Why can't MetaWin have standard e-mail support + a few live agents to handle customer inquiries in addition to everything that goes on at Discord? That should be enough. Live support can handle the most common questions and doubts that players may have. Anything more complex can be forwarded to other in-house departments, with the players receiving their answers over e-mail.
I don't just know why this is becoming too difficult for them to handle or to implement it. From how Metawin has become known and grown for rapidly over the years there should quick and faster way to responds to queries, at least this could also attracts more people to the casino because those things are one the criteria gamblers do check after before choosing a betting or a gambling site. I just hope they reconsider to make changes and have live support which would function effectively because not everyone could have that time to visit their discord to lodge complaint over time. For sure its not difficult for them to do that, but maybe they figure out that they can handle everything so well if they redirect people to go on their discord channel. So far I see them doing good in this part and they are paying attention to the report they receive. Although its really good to have a live support on their site, but if they are working well and didn't have any issue with their current traditional set up then everything is fine. If they see backlogs maybe they consider to add this feature again in future.
