I didn't know that they had closed the presale stage. However, it is really a smart move to walk back by realising the truth instead of pushing the drama more. The users should also be happy as they are going to get back 30% extra. I think the long delays and improper airdrop plan have destroyed the hype of $MWIN token.

This came late, and not a bad idea to have put in some effort to take part in the early sale and airdrop, knowing already that metawin have a good reputation and their coin is going to definitely be lunch taking a very long time short as early buyer will give you a good Roi of profits when the project pick fully, 30% extra is quite hudge most of those big bag holder's from the airdrop and other token channel's are going to earn big from that gesture.

It is true that users have lost a lot and they were hoping to get a good amount from the $MWIN airdrop. Because MetaWin didn't have any perfect VIP loyalty system. As a result, many people only had some hopes from the airdrop when it would go live. I think Skel has posted about it on X before. Skel has given a 50K+ bonus to an Indian guy (I think he is Indian because of his name), and that guy played on Metawin. He won a lot of money, withdrew some, then called out Metawin for something, and later the account was banned. I do not remember the guy's name, but he seemed to be a big casino player and kinda popular in the industry, which is why Skel himself gave him a bonus.

I think his name was Mantra, or something similar. His allegations of a scam created some chaos on X., but since I didn't follow up, I don't know what happened later. Metawin has been too generous with their bonuses.

NFT holder are mostly will just for a boost of your allocation only.

The main idea will be always "$METAWIN Points". They add PnL & NFT as the boost for your allocation, If you don't have not really sure you're gonna to get. METAWIN constanly changing or add rules in the middle of everythings.

Last time, they add you must active betting (waggering) in these years to be qualified for the airdrop. So, somehow...... If you waggering on 2025 and based those rules (you not betting in these years), can't get the allocation.

It seems the flow of conversation is not complete on your screenshot or the support doesn’t properly addressed your concern. Do you try their discord server support ticket? Admin support is more active there the last time I have an issue.

It's funny what management is thinking. Why are they jumping on all these interesting trends like NFTs and ICOs so late? Why try to drink from an empty well? Perhaps they'll realize their mistake and stop doing this again, constantly promising and then reneging.

Thanks for the response. To clarify the timeline, support did eventually acknowledge that notifications were not enabled and enabled them, but this only happened after the withdrawal window had closed and the balance was already gone. The issue was not that support failed to ultimately acknowledge the problem, it was that there was no intervention while the withdrawal was actually pending and no alternative method provided to complete it in the meantime.

Regarding Discord, MetaWin never directed me to that channel at any point during this issue. That raises an additional question for MetaWin_Official - if Discord is where support is most active, why was I directed only to a ticket system with a 12 hour response window while a time-sensitive withdrawal was pending with no way to complete it?

Your case is very strange.

Something that really caught my attention in the photo you posted in the scam accusation section is that in every instance you deposited into the casino, you always withdrew with a profit. There wasn't a single time you deposited and withdrew with losses, according to what I'm seeing in the photo you posted in the scam accusation section. We all know that gambling leads to losses in the long run and that photo of yours contradicts that. There's definitely something very wrong.
