We can only speculate the effect of this divorces or any mental or personal struggles that they might have. I think the worse that we might have been is when Loma step aside his boxer career because of the war in Ukraine as he needed to served his country.

If we compare Josh Taylor and Beterbiev, I reckon Bivol is going to fight a much better opponent than Teo has fought in his fight against Josh Taylor. There is also much pressure for Bivol vs. Beterviev because this is a unification.

Yesterday I thought about boxing supremacy between Artur vs.Dmitry will not continue after Artur suffered a slight injury, thankfully everything is fine, they are both scheduled to return in October 2024, this is a good opportunity for boxing fans who want to bet on their respective champions, one-sided boxing duel between Beterbiev vs. Bivol received full support from boxing fans, it could be said that both of them were perfect and had never lost during their careers.

It’s probably the wife's attitude - maybe a bit wild and someone you wouldn’t want to be with forever. But that’s his personal life. Hopefully, it won’t distract him in his upcoming big fight. He needs to be seriously focused, as his future is on the line here. If he lets emotions get in the way, he might regret losing everything he worked so hard for. There is a reason why lawyers often advise their clients to keep silent and this is a clear example of this, since even if they have a story together and the divorce ended up being a difficult one, those kind of commentaries not only puts the wife in a bad light, it could also have repercussions when it comes to the custody of the kids, after all someone that reveals such information with the clear intention of getting their ex-husband to lose and maybe get injured is not precisely the best person to take care of their own kids.

I don't want to play homegrown psychologist, and we probably shouldn't be turning this thread into a gossip fest, but if I had to guess, I'd say it must've been him who initiated the divorce, or, if it was her, he probably cheated on her etc.
Her behaviour definitely looks like some abandonment syndrome. Women cope with rejection much harder than men do, some say it's an evolutionary trait based on the fact that in pre-modern civilisation times, it was much harder for a rejected woman to survive (without man who would provide and protect).

It's obvious that she reveal everything because she is hurt. In any case, since this is already in the court and for sure they have divorce lawyers to handle it, maybe this could be used as a evidence and could damage the wife with this personal information that she said in public.

And most likely she wanted to destroy Bivol as all cost, that's why she did what she needed to. But it's up to Beterbiev though, I mean without that insider information, Beterbiev as a underdog, will have to come up with a plan to win and continue his streak knocking out Bivol.
