I still experience greed and confidence we are just human and gambling brings out the worst of us, even if I try not to be greedy some circumstances force you to be greedy, just last night while playing mine I was too confident that luck was on my side I have 10 successful runs and when I pour everything the 11 try is where house edge sets in and I lose everything.

We all fall prey to it sooner or later. Human nature.

But we as gamblers should be fine as long as we learn how to pre-plan our gambling adventures to include certain rules and train ourselves in our discipline so that we can follow those rules.

Greed and overconfidence need to be considered in the equation. So in order to combat that, we need gambling fund/time/betting limits for example. But different people have different triggers, so everyone needs to consider and decide their own rules.

Doesnt really need any plan but rather it would really be just that need on having that simple self control and self awareness on how things goes and what are the things that you do really need to do

Most of the time, when I am already winning, going on is very easy. Stopping is hard. Why should I stop right? I already have the money. Should I stop just when I have all the money I need to bet, to continue betting? I started with my own money and now that I have all this money from the casino, I have to stop? Why?

two mistakes you mentioned are very common and if we talk about new gamblers, they are very normal, in fact we have all felt it in the past when gambling for the first time when we win, of course our self confidence turns into huge ambition and we will ignore everything risk.

Having too much confidence in gambling is just a trap to lose more money , winning a game is not a guarantee to win more games . Their should always be a limit at which play gamble. Trust and greed as you mentioned is something that is usually always the main trigger for gamblers to end up doing some out of control actions that they are actually unable to account for because of the level of trust, usually scenarios like this will occur when they manage to get a win which at that time they become too confident in themselves that by applying greed by putting the entire amount of previous winnings in the next session it will result in a much bigger win, I agree with the idea of "bigger winnings" because the amount they are betting is much bigger, but the problem is that they don't see that gambling is always about "probability" which in the end might not be what you expect.

The two are psychological effects that are wrong, they can make you become egoistic and self-believing, but in the end, you will lose your money just like any other people who posses them do. For greed, it often comes after a successful winning or winnings, and I will not say that gamblers should be afraid after winning, they can continue to play. But what I can complain about is for gamblers not to have their plans and budget for their bettings, this is how they can be betting amiss, and before they know it, the are greedy and might lose all the money they have which they didn't plan for.

It's fine that the habit has been put to the past and Iroh has himself focused on being a responsible gambler. At some point I felt such urge but given time it started dwindling backward that I never thought about doing such things. Since it has been known to me that the method doesn't work well for any gambler. Rather it affects the bank roll of the gambler, and he'd lose control in the process. Hence, the goal for each gambler is to keep up and advance his strategies, someday, the player will make wins.
