After 7 days of my pushups and I have made huge improvements, there is something I tried to do and that is making sure I increase my pushups by going 5 thrusts either in the morning or evening as against the previous day, that is if I go 70 pushups today then the next day I try as much as possible to go 75 no matter the pains I go through I remain determined.

 @Dirtykeyboard you can include my reports in your record sheet please.

My pushups report after 7 days of consistency and devotion.

Below is my record sheet for the 7 days I took part in this challenge.


For your pushup report to get included in the daily pushup's table, there should be no spaces in your pushup report, and if you write out your pushup report in the proper format, then DirtyKeyboard's script will pick it up and place the contents in the pushups table.  He does not need to manually input your report contents, especially if you write your report in the proper (readable) format.

Of course, your including your image is optional, and if you are going to include it from time to time (again it is not necessary to include) for viewability, you should make your image smaller so that it is less burdensome to look at, like I did by editing and writing in width=300

For example, see my below latest pushup report.  There are no spaces.

Thanks @JayJuanGee, I have been able to edit my report by removing the spaces I put earlier and has also resized the image with a width of 300, hoping to also fulfill this week's daily pushups challenge and also make my reports after 7 days for @Dirtykeyboard to include in the report sheet, thanks once again @JayJuanGee.

Don't stop at seven days @Btcdeybodi - keep at it, but listen to your body - stop when the pain says so.

Your 79 in one set is about the max I'm doing in a day.

You are really doing a great job especially this your record I mean it's very good because it can be used for reference purposes in time to come but since this is ordinary paper you should know how to keep it so that it won't get tore, rough or old to the extent you can't be able to identify those digit and if you can't keep it safe I will suggest you use your smartphone or computer to safe it again after recording in your book.

Secondly, in as much as you would want to increase your push-up number it shouldn't be something you should force your body to do because it may result to injury perhaps you should take it easy and trust me once the stamina is achieved or gained you won't need to stress yourself because you can withstand it without feeling those pains and remember every stamina you gained has it limit it can hold or carry you so don't try to force it.
