I have been going through such a busy time for quite some time where I feel very tired after working hard but despite feeling very tired I am not feeling lazy to do my push ups because when I stop doing my daily push ups then my laziness will catch up with me more where I will not be able to do it regularly. Today despite my busy schedule I did my push ups along with my leg exercises and abdominal exercises as well as waist exercises including Kegel exercises lying on the floor. However, I felt very comfortable doing waist exercises lying on the floor.
Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 10 sets in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and I also did my abdominal exercises, leg exercises, waist exercises, and Kegel exercises.

It was a busy day, followed by a massive shoulder workout – 10 exercises in total, and I managed to do them all. I warmed up with 100 push-ups and continued with the shoulder workout. There were also Psuhedo push-ups in the program, so I did 50 of those, for a total of 150 push-ups. I'm attaching this to the report. Have a great weekend everyone!

No workout today, only 200 push-ups in 5 sets for me. I was tired from yesterday. We're coming to the end of April. Bitcoin couldn't see 80k again. I think the resistance there is much stronger than people thought. I wonder if we see new highs or lows or will we be stuck in the 60-80k range. No expectations, I just observe market movement.

A very tiring day...
Hey you bastard, it looks like I'm going to be addicted to push-ups in the future, this is a fun challenge, I'd love to be able to reach a hundred push-up pulls or even more on one day but I can't be impulsive because my muscles still have a low limit to receive pressure.

You should push the numbers your body can carry from lower number and keep increasing it as you keep pushing up and there will be a time that your body can even carry 200 push up a day if you can be consistent with your push up this will also help to grow your muscles. And do I have to submit reports every day here? What happens when I suddenly can't do push-ups?
It's never a must that you should report daily but the choice is yours if you want to report daily or maybe every two days or three or even more the most important thing is that you are doing push up which you are equally helping your health status, nothing happens when you stop push up and it won't stop Dirtykeyboard not to update the activities of others doing push up.

Chill out bro, everything needs to be adjusted and overdoing it won't be good for your body either, I even stopped for 2 days because my biceps got numb when I tried to push up 100 at a time without caring about the sets  You can try multiple sets to get to 100 push ups/day. In the first few months when I started the challenge it took me 5 sets to reach 100 push ups (20 push ups/set) but I got used to it over time and now I'm pretty used to 40 push ups/set and it took me more than 400 days to get used to it. It's slow but for someone who has never exercised or done a challenge before, I consider it a very good thing. You can try to do the same if you want to try where you can do 20 push ups/set with 5 sets to get your first 100 push ups. 100k,Ryu_Ar1,447,52600,2026-04-25 I've also had biceps problems in the past and was sore the first time I started with 60 pushups on the first day of joining this great club and I took a long break then, I'm not as strong as you who only needed two days. I split it up with a few sessions, the target now for me is between 60-80 push-ups per day, any more than that is not enough for me, but with the progress now I should see the possibility in a month it will be much better. 100k,khiholangkang,6,410,2026-04-26 You have started the right way and you started very well even better than the manner many folks started in this pushup challenge, if not better than anyone else, much better than my first day in this challenge. I can still remember making only 20 pushups which I did not even do all once but twice in 10s. Starting with up to 60 pushups in the first day was a good start. Greater percentage if not all the folks you see today in the pushup challenge ranging from folks who have spent over 800 days and folks who have spent other high number of days here, one common thing I noticed was the body reaction to the sudden stress that comes with pushups which causes a lot of stress on the biceps and triceps due to sudden expansion that it is subjected to. This causes real pain in the biceps 💪 after the first few trials. The pain can be very much or moderate depending on the individual exercise or your body reaction to stress. The pain may be severe that you almost regret why you joined this pushup challenge. Perhaps, if you keep the stride and go through the pain that period, you have now qualified as ready to join the challenge. Daily pushups challenge is not a compulsory exercise for everyone but it is greatly a necessary exercise for everyone human especially those that need to be fit at all time. I was quite surprised to see this thread. I never thought that a physical exercise like push-ups would be discussed in this forum. Anyway, it was quite good. I didn't keep track of how many push-ups and pull-ups I did with my friends when I was young. Anyway, seeing this thread, it seems that I am getting interested in doing push-ups again. And very soon the price of Bitcoin will reach $100k again. I had actually tried many times before to do push-ups regularly. But after doing push-ups for 20/25 days, I could not maintain the consistency due to work busyness or laziness. That is why I want to know one thing from you. Suppose from now on, I will push regularly and submit my push-up number report here. If at some point, I stop doing push-ups due to laziness or work busyness and cannot submit the report here, will you identify me and remove me from the thread? Or can I start again if I want? The reason for asking this question is that I have already promised to do push-ups regularly several times but could not keep it.

I am pretty sure that if you start doing pushups and submitting pushup reports, DirtyKeyboard has to whitelist your username (your report) to be included in the pushups table, and I am pretty sure that he is only doing that in order to make sure the pushup reports are formatted properly and you appear to know how to format your pushup reports. Once your username had been whitelisted, then you can submit them whenever you are able to.. whether daily, weekly, monthly or some other period, and if 30days pass that you do not update your post, your username and pushup information will move to the "bench" rather than to being on the "floor" So, yeah, do what you can.. and perhaps if you are serious about such pushups, then maybe try to submit your reports at least once a week.. but that is ultimately up to you and your level of seriousness about the activity. If you start doing pushups, have your reports included in the table and if you stop submitting reports, your name and last reported pushup information would likely just remain contained in the "bench" report that shows the pushup status information as of the last pushup report that you had submitted. It will and I'm waiting for that amount to get to $80k or $85k, it has to get back to $100k before the end of this year. But do you think if they agree on stopping the war or not that the price of Bitcoin will still move back up and stay there for a longer time? We have stayed below $100k for a very long time now, and some wealthy influencer women and men has used because of that to talk down on bitcoin, so bitcoin really needs to get back to $100k to keep proven its haters wrong. No, the war won't stop bitcoin to set another all time high if it is destined to set another all time high before the end of this year. What we want, and what bitcoin "has to do" are likely two different stories, especially since there are quite a few possibilities with bitcoin's short-to-medium price direction, and there is no guarantee that bitcoin is going in any particular direction or even acknowledgement that if bitcoin does not do at least x performance then it is broken, blah blah blah. Bitcoin remains an asset in which there are ongoing and likely inevitable battles, whether the battles are to try to suppress it or to try to co-opt it or whatever might be the various games being played on or around bitcoin and even some of the various paper bitcoin products designed around bitcoin. Sure, it would be nice if BTC prices would get back to $100k and even back above $100k, yet it still can be difficult to know the timeline, even though any of us investing into bitcoin are likely investing around our own personal finances and our own expectations around bitcoin... and of course, the longer that we have been in bitcoin, the more likely we have a cash cushion between the amount that we paid for bitcoin (our average costs per coin) and the current bitcoin prices - yet even having a mere cash cushion (or profit level) does not necessarily completely put bitcoin HODLers at ease - since many of us likely have certain expectations and even certain ways that we handle our own finances based on timelines and expectations, whether we end up being correct (in regards to bitcoin and/or other parts of our finances) or not. In the first few months when I started the challenge it took me 5 sets to reach 100 push ups (20 push ups/set) but I got used to it over time and now I'm pretty used to 40 push ups/set and it took me more than 400 days to get used to it. it looks like I'm going to be addicted to push-ups in the future, this is a fun challenge, I'd love to be able to reach a hundred push-up pulls or even more on one day but I can't be impulsive because my muscles still have a low limit to receive pressure.
Chill out bro, everything needs to be adjusted and overdoing it won't be good for your body either, I even stopped for 2 days because my biceps got numb when I tried to push up 100 at a time without caring about the sets  You can try multiple sets to get to 100 push ups/day. No workout today, only 200 push-ups in 5 sets for me. I was tired from yesterday. We're coming to the end of April. Bitcoin couldn't see 80k again. I think the resistance there is much stronger than people thought. I wonder if we see new highs or lows or will we be stuck in the 60-80k range. No expectations, I just observe market movement.

Today was a beautiful day, which allowed me to do my workout properly and more beautifully. Today I tried to do some different types of exercises, including waist, leg and abdominal exercises, because today I had full time. I would not have had considered biceps to have had been a very unlikely part of the body affected by pushups, yet I have also had some pains from pushups that have taken place in parts of my body that were not necessarily directly affected, but the pushups still had contributed to my having some unusual pains in certain areas that seem unlikely from time to time. Also, if you might not have had been a very athletic person at the time prior to starting pushups, then perhaps pushups might have had contribute towards your needing to get used to a certain kind of exertion on your body that you were not used to and perhaps even contributing towards various kinds of pains and discomforts that would not have had seemed very likely for a person who is more accustomed to regular exercise...and surely a good side effect would have had been if your posture had been improved from pushups.. and that would not be out of the normal since if you are doing pushups properly then it likely has some strengthening of your core muscles.. which would potentially end up helping with posture., 100k,JayJuanGee,812,156450,2026-04-26

Yep. I would not have had considered biceps to have had been a very unlikely part of the body affected by pushups, yet I have also had some pains from pushups that have taken place in parts of my body that were not necessarily directly affected, but the pushups still had contributed to my having some unusual pains in certain areas that seem unlikely from time to time.
Also, if you might not have had been a very athletic person at the time prior to starting pushups, then perhaps pushups might have had contribute towards your needing to get used to a certain kind of exertion on your body that you were not used to and perhaps even contributing towards various kinds of pains and discomforts that would not have had seemed very likely for a person who is more accustomed to regular exercise...and surely a good side effect would have had been if your posture had been improved from pushups.. and that would not be out of the normal since if you are doing pushups properly then it likely has some strengthening of your core muscles.. which would potentially end up helping with posture.,

Doing pushups everyday is a good way to keep the body fit and build the muscles to be strong and firm. I could remember when I stopped doing pushups for few weeks due to my tight schedule, my consistency frequently reminds me of doing it before leaving for work but I do ignore that feelings of trying few pushups before leaving. Then I noticed something was sending a signal to me of my indiscipline doing what I have been doing regularly for months. It took a while after the strenuous working hour for me to be conscious after multiple signals that something was wrong even when I was adamant to fix my routine workout. When I went back to fix myself with the routine workout, I started having pains which does not take long before it vanished. Doing workout like pushups and others help to burn down the excess calories in the body through the metabolic process secreting waste product through the oil and sweat glands. This is very important because sweating helps to reduce the work load of the kidney cleansing the body fluid through the thousands of nephrons in the kidneys. I used to be obsessed once upon a time and that caused me so much pains and complications until I calculated my Body Mass Index[BMI] which revealed the need for routine workout and that helped me alone to burn down calories and reduce my body mass. How did i calculated my body mass? You can use the body mass index to do that; Body Mass Index[BMI] = Body Weight(kg) ÷ Height(M)² You can convert feet/cm to metre using the normal conversion If I weigh 145kg and my height is 5.55 feet, I will have to convert feet to metre for convinent calculation. Feet(height) convert to metre 5.55 feet × 0.3048 = 1.69m BMI = Body weight(145) ÷ Height ( 1.69)² BMI = 145 ÷ 2.8561 BMI = 50.8 For anyone to have Body Mass Index of 50.8 is Obesity. The range is like this: Having Body Mass Index of 25 to 29.9 = over weight Having Body Mass Index of 30+ = Obesity This is why recommending daily pushups help exhaust excess calories in the body. I will never miss this thread again updating my counts.

No workout today, only 200 push-ups in 5 sets for me. I was tired from yesterday. We're coming to the end of April. Bitcoin couldn't see 80k again. I think the resistance there is much stronger than people thought. I wonder if we see new highs or lows or will we be stuck in the 60-80k range. No expectations, I just observe market movement.

What i will add to what you are saying, about the month of April coming to an end and yet Bitcoin hasn't hit $80k, for me I'm not panicking at all, because I'm seeing a great different in each passing months, since Bitcoin price has not hit $80k in this month of April but I'm seeing that it is going to end being close to $80k before the month of April could finish, and which means that the fluctuation of Bitcoin is gradually adding in value by monthly, so therefore, if by the month of May and Bitcoin price do not hit at exactly $80k or more than, to show it different from the month of April, it means that the Bitcoin price will still be fluctuate within the range of $70 to $80k. So it is a fantastic week to start, i know that some people has already resumes duties in their offices, i want to use this medium to bless this week and new month we are about to enter very soon to be a fruitful 🍓 one for all of us and as we are going keep pushing constantly in good health.
