Keep pushing today. It was a solid pushing day. I did 300 push-ups.
Decline, diamond, regular push-ups. Plus dips and incline dumbbell flies. I was going to work my abs but too much time passed so I left it for tomorrow. It was a great workout, I'm adding the 300 push-ups to the report.

You people will soon need to be uploading videos for us lazy asses to watch, like what do you mean you do 300push ups? How? I can't even do 40, is there something wrong with my health or what?
Or are you guys into sports? I do wish that this forum has a decentralised video platform where videos can be uploaded, I want to how energetic you all really are lol.
Fear is our greatest enemy if you haven't been doing push ups before achieving 300 push up in a day will difficult for you because you haven't train your body in a way that it can be able to carry 300 push up your muscles will even get weak before you get to 100 but for some one who has been consistently doing push up it will be easy to achieve 300 push up in a day, you don't need videos to get motivated living a good health should get you motivated to start doing exercises including push up.
