Thank you.  Without folks like you I would be 30lbs heavier right now and much weaker as a man. 

I feel like I'm already fully back in the swing of things.  First thing I do when I wake up is bang out 25 push-ups.  Feels good to be back at it after some time to heal.  Still not feeling 100%, but I'm getting old so I don't think 100% is something I'll ever feel again.

But looking at your report it looks like you're just starting out and that's a very good thing.

It's not a problem to try to take time and rest, the most important thing is to remember to go home because it's not just about challenges and bitcoins but it's about our health so we must remember that health and fitness will be an important factor for our survival

These few days I also took a vacation especially Christmas (although it has been missed) and the new year is the right moment to enjoy togetherness with family but now we are starting over with the conditions of the beginning of the year which of course must be done with new enthusiasm even though our age continues to grow.

Added another 400 which I'm getting used to and I believe with time I'd be aiming for 500, too big but time will tell. No jogging today, had a little pain on my right knee and I'm not sure of taking any risk this year when it comes to pains around my body.

Wow, 400 at a go! I admire the numbers but unfortunately some of us are by nature of our body (myself personally) unable to do  pushups even when the burning desire is there. Nevertheless, I make sure to keep up with my early morning long walks which has really being helpful to me in managing my health. Sometimes when am unable to have my time in the morning I take it to the evening as my strength can go.

Is not that hard, you can do it in sets and add it all to make it either 300 or 400 (I do get lazy sometimes), well consistency like we always say is the key for all these to get use to us, the body doesn't accept anything without working on it, you work on how you want your body to accept whichever pressure that's comes in and with time while you do the push up it becomes part of you, preparing your mind helps too in all these.

Yea it's actually not difficult but apparently there are things which one can't be able to do even though they want to, and it's just better they focus on what they're able to do in the long run, and I think that's what I have accepted without having to bargain it. At least the long walks has really being resulting. Nevertheless, I'll keep cheering you guys for the pushups you guys have being consistent with for this long till now.

I agree with you, things we want to do  are attached with choices, we can say we want this and that, picking any of them is much better than picking nothing. If the long walk is ok for you then is ok because you can section yourself for only that because you can as well have other engagement at hand.

Sorry for your loss OgNasty. Get well soon l99l. Winter is starting to make itself felt, the weather has gotten much colder. There are a lot of sick people around me. Luckily I'm fine for now. Don't forget to get enough vitamins in your diet along with protein. Keep your immunity strong. January and February are usually the hardest months.

Added another 200 today. 5 set, 40 reps. It's my new normal.

I took a day off because of the schedule that came emergency that needed my attention, i just finished doing my 6th days push-ups not long enough and i was going through and reading so posts i noticed OgNasty is that strong, i pray you should get well soon as we join hands together to keep Bitcoin price raising consistently to meet $100k anytime soon, it is good to always read Posts for more exposure on what is happening in other countries, likewise were I'm right now, it is period we do experience too much code during in the evening till morning but the part of country I'm is experience hotness weather all through instead of winter.
