 Just finished my push up challenge we keep pushing, today I did 20 push up I have a little fever and I noticed it even as that I still manage it to do my push up routine before I went for proper treatment nothing can stop me even illness,I have shown that push up has really enter my vain.

Indeed is  a gift to some who see it as a gift, but you don't need to be a professional or a high ranked member before you could do it better, is just your mindset.... set your head straight and you can do any form of exercises you feel like doing. You did 30 today and in no time your numbers will keep increasing because the body will need more of what you're giving it.

It was announced that On Monday 19th January 2026,all U.S banks will be closed for Martin Luther king Jr .Day. Due to this closure, ACH and WIRE deposits will not be processed until the next following business day, which is Tuesday 20th 2026.

Sundays are for relaxation and even if chances are rare in weekdays. I also know some friends who get their exercises once in a weekly and that's on Sunday. Anyone who is very much interested in fitness will first of all kill the spirit of procrastination and get things started. You may not like the feeling in the initial stage but the more you get involved, the more you keep adapting. I had a busy week and it affected my pushups exercise as I omitted some days due to my tight schedule but I'm fully back now on a Sunday of which I started with a jogging before engaging in pushups which I spread through out the time of the jogging exercises.

6 sets of 20 pushups has become a part of me on a normal day and I hope to break off from this laziness.

Exercising in the morning is more beneficial for the body than throughout the day. If we can exercise after waking up, our body will be much healthier and the chances of getting sick will be very less. I used to exercise regularly before. But after facing this challenge, I feel very happy to report here. Now I can submit my reports here, it motivates me even more to do my daily push-ups.
