Today is my third day, like the last two days, I did 25 push-ups today, and I did it in three sets of eight and one extra push-up. However, I realized that it was relatively easier for me to complete the push-ups today than the last two days. And I want to add a new exercise to the push-ups, since I am overweight. Which one is better to do? I can definitely decide for myself, but it would definitely be better if I had the advice of an expert.

Funny thing about this report table is that whenever you miss a day to drop a report just be ready to find your self slipping down and if it continues like more than a day or let's say no report for 5 days if possible a week, just forget it because the speed at which you'd find your self close to the bench, nobody would tell you to sit up.

I know that being consistent with any form of exercise isn't easy but once people start seeing positive results from any form of exercise they engage themselves with, it is easy for them to be consistent or stick with that exercise because they want to see more positive results, I believe that's what has made most people to be consistent with this push-up challenge.
Yes of course, people love to stick with anything that will produce results at the end of day, will not give it a second thought and with my experience in this push-ups challenge, i was able to discover or understand that, your level of consistency is determined on how you discipline yourself to be available to go through process of archiving the results that you might get at the end of the day, that is why I'm encouraging each members that has made in this quarter of the year, they should continue as they can consistently and i still believe that most of the members that are still pushing continueosly, are those members that find doing push-ups exercise interesting to partake on and more members that love doing pushups or those that will want to build up their muscle, will surely engage in this push-ups challenge. I was able to archive my daily push-ups in sets today.

wonder why people see exercises as meaningless thing.... We always talk about making money from the beginning of the year till the last month without thinking of the causes of some health related issues, hmm...good thing I'm on track.

Actually, I don't consider exercise to be meaningless but what I felt before starting the challenge was that I couldn't bear the direct burden because the effects of exercise were not only exhausting but also made my body hurt so I avoided it.

In addition the feeling of inferiority to do sports or just jogging in the morning just because of other people's calls was also one of the strong reasons I did not exercise. But when you don't force it and don't change your lifestyle then you will regret it in your old age because before I started the challenge and improved my lifestyle I was in my 30s but my body condition was like an old man because my body felt heavy, my weight was also not very controlled and the most visible was the difference in body condition but after I tried exercise by being forced at first even though the pain was always there but the body condition slowly got better and even if I compare my photos in the past with the present it feels much different.
Honestly exercise actually helps in avoiding some health bills and the advantages is loud and clear during old age. Ignorance and environment is also one reason why people don't take exercise seriously. There's likelihood of starting exercise when you always meeting a family or friend or you know friend or family who usually does it. The fear of doing exercises is just as a result of the unwillingness because definitely you are not going to do it as a boxer or other athletic. Just like leaving the push up and coming back to it again or starting up, some people couldn't hit hundred and so it has to be gradual and body will also gradual stay fit.

I did a home workout today. It was a leg and hip workout. My lower body still doesn't feel as strong and balanced as I'd like.
I'm focusing on lunges and Bulgarian split squats to improve my balance. Of course, I did 100 push-ups before starting the leg exercises. There was also a 5-10 minute cool-down at the end of the workout. Have a good week everyone.

2 more weeks I was faced with a bad situation, felt like the body was heavy and this time it was very Vit and would continue the push-ups that were left far behind from friends, sorry about that.
Hopefully, in the future I will be given smoothness from all affairs and this body remains healthy, so that I can consistently build this body with this forum challenge.
And now is the 1000th number for the first time, I am now dividing it into five sessions a day in order to reach 100 push-ups.

Good evening everyone, it's been a while since I made my last post, I had a presentation for the semester which I've been posting about for quite sometime before the workload overwhelmed me, so yesterday I completed the design and i had my presentation today so I decided to take out my time to share my work with you as well as my progress with the challenge, so the title is a housing estate for staffs of a university, 



These are the final products the model and the site plan,  this involves road network analysis, drainage analysis,  site analysis, climate analysis,  and lots more to consider during design process.
 It took a while but I'm proud of the work and now I'm back to the challenge,  I was already exhausted so I couldn't do much,  just did 40 pushups in total

How is your body shape? Are you physically very fat? Is there a lot of fat in your stomach? If your health is very good, in addition to push-ups, you can do abdominal exercises, waist exercises and walk for at least 30 minutes every day. You can also do Kegel exercises, which will play a more important role in your life. I do abdominal exercises and waist exercises every day, and I also do Kegel exercises. But remember that if you want to have a good body and live a healthy life, there is definitely no alternative to physical exercise.

Due to my busy schedule, I skipped push-ups for a day. I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 10 sets this morning, afternoon, and evening, along with waist exercises, abdominal exercises, and Kegel exercises.

Funny thing about this report table is that whenever you miss a day to drop a report just be ready to find your self slipping down and if it continues like more than a day or let's say no report for 5 days if possible a week, just forget it because the speed at which you'd find your self close to the bench, nobody would tell you to sit up.
Good thing I got my ass up to start today in a positive mood.

Today makes it five days since I report my push-ups; since I haven't report my push-ups in the past four days I have slipped down but I will get to the top after Dirtykeyboard update my today's push-ups report.

Is like a football league but we only have ourselves to compete with not with so many persons around, we have to compete with ourselves in our various private areas where we do all the necessary exercises that we know. If your username has never been included in the pushup table, it could be because your pushup report format is not correct.

Your report should show the total number of days doing pushups and then total number of pushups.

Your total number of days doing pushups is probably not 795 - that would ONLY be 20.1 pushups per day.

I have taken up the 100 push-up challenge before, but my health was very poor then, and I got sick after doing the first push-up and later I lost the will to start again. But I have been following a rule for the last three days and that rule is to do three sets of eight push-ups in each set and I add one extra push-up at the end.
My main goal is to make my fat health good, in three days I feel like I have become very thin, I am flying, I want to hold my head high in front of people like everyone else. And Bitcoin will cross 100k, and even after crossing it, I am ready to continue it. Because today I did one more set than the last three days, that is, 4 sets of eight and an extra three. I think I can do it.

Yes no doubt in all of this we don't have competition, but if you approach area where push up is taken as hobby or job it will interest you to call it competition without minding it's now , I realized when I was close to one gym center I saw some set of person practicing push up the lasting strength and push up made by this set of person was like competition, some push up group go as far of placing bet on who will push above each others in lasting strength.
Two days push of 75 each daily to be added in previous record,

Wow, you have become thin after doing push-ups for three days, so push-ups have done a very good job for your body. Since you are feeling very good and your body is very thin, you should definitely continue this push-up challenge and try to do more exercises, especially waist exercises, leg exercises, walk for at least thirty to 40 minutes every day early in the morning, then you will see that you will enjoy your body more.
