Is like a football league but we only have ourselves to compete with not with so many persons around, we have to compete with ourselves in our various private areas where we do all the necessary exercises that we know. Good thing you found that energy you normally use in pushing up like what keeps the momentum alive, is good to stay alert whenever we're losing that consistency in our push up, good job brother.

I have taken up the 100 push-up challenge before, but my health was very poor then, and I got sick after doing the first push-up and later I lost the will to start again. But I have been following a rule for the last three days and that rule is to do three sets of eight push-ups in each set and I add one extra push-up at the end. My main goal is to make my fat health good, in three days I feel like I have become very thin, I am flying, I want to hold my head high in front of people like everyone else. And Bitcoin will cross 100k, and even after crossing it, I am ready to continue it. Because today I did one more set than the last three days, that is, 4 sets of eight and an extra three. I think I can do it.
Yea, that's the original intention of the thread, to keep us going ahead no matter the price of Bitcoin, but pushing ahead with hopes of increase in the price of Bitcoin continually. And as a plus, we keep wishing the price pushes up and also grabbing some fitness as we keep up with our daily exercises. The plan has always been that the push ups daily becomes an encouragement with hopes for the increase of Bitcoin price. So we keep pushing, we keep hoping, we keep accumulating regardless. I am not sure how effective pushups would be at losing weight, even though surely it is not a bad activity for upper body strength, working the core and perhaps it could help with posture and confidence. Regarding your consistency, it is good to find an amount that is workable, and sure you can increase the number of pushups per set or the number of sets as you start to feel better (perhaps more strong and less sore), yet it can also take a while to increase, so you might get caught at some plateau points from time to time, and you can just keep pushing at those plateau points or maybe make some adjustments in regards to how you are doing your pushups. But still 3 days is not very much time to really get a sense for if you might get some sore spots or if you might need to increase/decrease your number of pushups per set and/or your number of pushup sets. Sometimes you can concentrate on your form and other times you can concentrate on whatever other factors you deem to be relevant.. perhaps even timing how long it takes you to do your pushup sets or how much time are you waiting between pushup sets. 100k,JayJuanGee,835,159965,2026-05-19

I missed another day. My elbow was just hurting too much from pulling out tree roots and needed a rest day. Feeling better now. Next up will be scrubbing the calcium deposit line around my pool off so it looks nice and pretty for swim season. I've been incredibly productive lately, although my push-ups have suffered as a result.

If your username has never been included in the pushup table, it could be because your pushup report format is not correct. Your report should show the total number of days doing pushups and then total number of pushups. Your total number of days doing pushups is probably not 795 - that would ONLY be 20.1 pushups per day. 100K HashRate Hero 796 ,16035 ,2026-05-20I train for like 3 years now i made the estimation and i got 796 day ( chest and back - legs - biceps triceps ) .... I have taken up the 100 push-up challenge before, but my health was very poor then, and I got sick after doing the first push-up and later I lost the will to start again. But I have been following a rule for the last three days and that rule is to do three sets of eight push-ups in each set and I add one extra push-up at the end. My main goal is to make my fat health good, in three days I feel like I have become very thin, I am flying, I want to hold my head high in front of people like everyone else. And Bitcoin will cross 100k, and even after crossing it, I am ready to continue it. Because today I did one more set than the last three days, that is, 4 sets of eight and an extra three. I am not sure how effective pushups would be at losing weight, even though surely it is not a bad activity for upper body strength, working the core and perhaps it could help with posture and confidence. Regarding your consistency, it is good to find an amount that is workable, and sure you can increase the number of pushups per set or the number of sets as you start to feel better (perhaps more strong and less sore), yet it can also take a while to increase, so you might get caught at some plateau points from time to time, and you can just keep pushing at those plateau points or maybe make some adjustments in regards to how you are doing your pushups. But still 3 days is not very much time to really get a sense for if you might get some sore spots or if you might need to increase/decrease your number of pushups per set and/or your number of pushup sets. Is like a football league but we only have ourselves to compete with not with so many persons around, we have to compete with ourselves in our various private areas where we do all the necessary exercises that we know. Good thing you found that energy you normally use in pushing up like what keeps the momentum alive, is good to stay alert whenever we're losing that consistency in our push up, good job brother.

Since there's no prize that will be giving to the person with the most push-ups in the push-up table when we decide to end this challenge, we aren't in a competition or we aren't competing with ourselves rather we are just doing the push-up numbers our bodies could be able to handle for the time being. What I mean is that as you are now, you only have yourself to compete with... pushing yourself that that limit is enough to show you are competing with yourself and it makes you improve on your numbers, doing it for you and nobody else. Ones nothing is included to this daily exercises it makes many to slack on their push up and that's why you see some persons on the bench (have said this before) but ones you say the highest in the daily exercises would take any amount you'd see members who haven't visited here would flood this thread so that's life, something must be involved before you see people taking things seriously. 100k,Sexylizzy2813,339,89540,2026-05-20

If i should get what Soldroplet meant by Being thining after consistent of doing push-ups exercise in three days, if you should ask me i suggested that, he is suppose to say that, the weight of his body from the first day he push up and down in his daily push-ups exercise, that he actually seen a geart different in the third days of doing push-ups, that he experienced his body is not as heavy as of when he started doing push-ups, because doing push-ups can never make one reduce in size to the level of being thining, but it you can experience what JayJuanGee have said earlier, that it is not a bad activity to get upper body strength through your daily push-ups exercise.
I'm actually here 'in three days I feel like I've become very thin, like I'm flying' Here I mean thin I have made a big change that is 'in my mind', because I realized by doing push-ups for three days that I should have done it a long time ago. But not only am I doing push-ups, I have also made changes in my diet. I have realized for myself that this is going for my good, that is my lot, some will power will take me a long way. And to say 'I'm flying' after doing push-ups, I feel like I'm floating in the air due to the energy, confidence and hormonal effects on the body. Consistency in doing push-ups can't never make you thin but your body can only be free to increase your speed when push up and down to archive your number of push-ups, mean while, by then you might to notice that you are able to control your body as fast you can without doing push-ups exercise sluggishly like the way do push-ups from the first day.
Yes, I notice that the push-up time is a little faster than before, but the rest time after doing the push-ups is a little longer. Since I have increased the number of push-ups compared to before. It's been long i report my push up activity i wasn't actually feeling too strong but am recovering now and by the grace of God i will resume back next week.

You are soposed to use a comma sign immediately after your name, before you input your days in the push up challenge, yea. The differentiates it from the other ones, and is very necessary. So you edit and out it. Because from the way it looks now, it means the figure 3 is part of your username. So take note. Okay, I've got a thought in my head and it's also a question and everyone is free to dispute and/or pitch in: Making use of an iron dumbbell will make the muscles grow faster and stay that way but it might not be the same when one uses cement to create dumbbells, like the muscles will only go bigger for a number of days and then it will drop a little. This thought stayed in my head after my friend told me it's much easier to gain muscles with the first option so I'm just asking the house what they feel. Is he right or he's just saying it because of his own personal reasons?
