Tomorrow it' s Leg day as we say always NEVER SKIP THE LEG DAY but it will be no push up then .

I admire your courage to take corrections, but seems there another mistake yet again..

You are soposed to use a comma sign immediately after your name, before you input your days in the push up challenge, yea. The differentiates it from the other ones, and is very necessary. So you edit and out it. Because from the way it looks now, it means the figure 3 is part of your username. So take note.

Was unable to report my push ups yesterday, and today I still had tye usual number as yesterday. 100 push ups I total, 50 per day.

Provided there is still a mistake in his report he isn't taking any corrections at all maybe it seems difficult for him to understand what's happening here but there is nothing too hard to comprehend here unless he doesn't understand english too well, and apart from him not adding up the necessary comma signs the space he also gives after his username is also much and with all thses mistakes it will be impossible for his name to be updated in the push up table by Dirtykeyboard i just hope he has a common sense this time to do the right thing.

Bigjoe33 also does not have "k" in his 100k.... so there is that.

It seems that DirtyKeyboard will at least screen the first time additions of members to the table to ensure that they are at least formatting their pushup reports properly..

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Okay, I've got a thought in my head and it's also a question and everyone is free to dispute and/or pitch in: Making use of an iron dumbbell will make the muscles grow faster and stay that way but it might not be the same when one uses cement to create dumbbells, like the muscles will only go bigger for a number of days and then it will drop a little. This thought stayed in my head after my friend told me it's much easier to gain muscles with the first option so I'm just asking the house what they feel. Is he right or he's just saying it because of his own personal reasons?

I totally understand and agree with you that, using an instrument such as iron dumbbells can build up your muscles faster than when you are doing push-ups and mea while, you can't compare iron dumbbells with push-ups exercise because every exercises has it effect or functions on the body, so it is very important and obvious that, if you actually want to build up your all part of your body, you need to visit the gymming centre were you can grow all part of the body you needed to constraint on, so we should not forget in a hurry that, the main function of push-ups in the body is to strengthens the chest, triceps and upper body.

I missed another day.  My elbow was just hurting too much from pulling out tree roots and needed a rest day.  Feeling better now.  Next up will be scrubbing the calcium deposit line around my pool off so it looks nice and pretty for swim season.  I've been incredibly productive lately, although my push-ups have suffered as a result.
@OP I am really surprised to see your hard work. I really want to give my servant a 5-day leave and handle the housework myself. In fact, I have gained a little more confidence in myself in the past 5 days than I had before, because I can do a lot more than before, which has increased my confidence.Today I walked for about 20 minutes and did 45 push-ups, which is 20 more than the first day.

Okay, I've got a thought in my head and it's also a question and everyone is free to dispute and/or pitch in: Making use of an iron dumbbell will make the muscles grow faster and stay that way but it might not be the same when one uses cement to create dumbbells, like the muscles will only go bigger for a number of days and then it will drop a little. This thought stayed in my head after my friend told me it's much easier to gain muscles with the first option so I'm just asking the house what they feel. I would say that it does not matter whether the dumbbell is made of iron or concrete. It practically depends on the weight of the dumbbell. Let's say you have an iron dumbbell and concrete dumbbell of equal weight, how does it work that the impact would be obviously different? I'm not a full time dumbbell lifter but I stay where friends do that alot. Because of the number of the regular users, a concrete dumbbell was added to the metal dumbbell they have been using in order to engage higher numbers at a time. I have not been able to identify the difference in their appearance or perhaps, I would have to focus on their muscle sizes this time.

I have been away from push-ups for  sometimes now. I have not made any reports recently either. I did my pushups on different days, 3 in number (100s)  plus today (120) but hadn't been able to make my report because of certain reasons that got me choked up.

I have taken up the 100 push-up challenge before, but my health was very poor then, and I got sick after doing the first push-up and later I lost the will to start again. But I have been following a rule for the last three days and that rule is to do three sets of eight push-ups in each set and I add one extra push-up at the end.
My main goal is to make my fat health good, in three days I feel like I have become very thin, I am flying, I want to hold my head high in front of people like everyone else. And Bitcoin will cross 100k, and even after crossing it, I am ready to continue it. Because today I did one more set than the last three days, that is, 4 sets of eight and an extra three. I think I can do it.

I am not sure how effective pushups would be at losing weight, even though surely it is not a bad activity for upper body strength, working the core and perhaps it could help with posture and confidence.

Regarding your consistency, it is good to find an amount that is workable, and sure you can increase the number of pushups per set or the number of sets as you start to feel better (perhaps more strong and less sore), yet it can also take a while to increase, so you might get caught at some plateau points from time to time, and you can just keep pushing at those plateau points or maybe make some adjustments in regards to how you are doing your pushups.   

But still 3 days is not very much time to really get a sense for if you might get some sore spots or if you might need to increase/decrease your number of pushups per set and/or your number of pushup sets.

Sometimes you can concentrate on your form and other times you can concentrate on whatever other factors you deem to be relevant.. perhaps even timing how long it takes you to do your pushup sets or how much time are you waiting between pushup sets.

Not at all, pushup exercise is majorly for muscles and helps metabolism but it is not effective for weight lose because it burns few calories. Weight lose is commonly associated with cardio exercises like running, jogging, dancing but combining pushup with any cardio exercises will produce faster result but most importantly there have to be balanced diet or eat diet with low calories.

The thing is that dumbbell builds the muscles to be long lasting while the other one that is made of cement doesn't keep the muscles to increase matter how much consistency you put in making use of it, my friend said is best to use the iron type and the cement type and by looking at it there's a big difference between the two, one has more weight then the other. It has been in the conversation today and I'm some how convinced to even go for the iron type, be it the heavy weight lift or the dumbbell...but the thing is getting it right.

If instead of iron, dumbbells can be made with cement to make beautiful dumbbell shapes, then of course cement dumbbells will be very beautiful. I bought iron dumbbells, but each of my dumbbells weighs 5 kg and my two dumbbells weigh 10 kg. Moreover, push-ups play a very good role not only in building muscles, but also in building a beautiful body.

I took a day off and after a day off I started doing push-ups again today. I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 10 sets this morning, afternoon and evening. I also did waist exercises, leg exercises and Kegel exercises.

Wrist is getting better after taking a tumble on ice three weeks ago.

I did nine pushups last night and just three the day before. I've been putting most of the weight on the other arm, so hopefully, I can build on yesterday's effort. (On the up side, I don't have a dull ache in the arm overnight either).

I continue my leg work and work out today successful which last for 1 hour and 35 minutes following my stop watch though it's really tough and enjoying doing it today.

I missed another day.  My elbow was just hurting too much from pulling out tree roots and needed a rest day.  Feeling better now.  Next up will be scrubbing the calcium deposit line around my pool off so it looks nice and pretty for swim season.  I've been incredibly productive lately, although my push-ups have suffered as a result.
@OP I am really surprised to see your hard work. I really want to give my servant a 5-day leave and handle the housework myself. In fact, I have gained a little more confidence in myself in the past 5 days than I had before, because I can do a lot more than before, which has increased my confidence.Today I walked for about 20 minutes and did 45 push-ups, which is 20 more than the first day.


Yea, it's a good one. Slow and steady wins the race they say. Is best you move slowly as you are doing within your pace to ensure you remain steady here.. Weldon. We keep moving forward regardless.

Nice one, when some persons who are not familiar with how this works out routine works and they hear some say 1hr 35mins like you just did they feel is a long time and they can't stay up till that time before giving up (getting tired) and call it a day. You did a good job and with time 1hr will be a thing of the past, 2 to 3hrs will be the next.

Every single day which comes and go are very special to everyone, it is just left for you to be able to identify the reason it will be special to you but if you should ask me, i will remind that everyday is so special that Lord has made for us, so if not for anything, for the gift of life that so many are paying for oxygen in the hospital. Today is really a rainy day that weather fee so cold, that i needed to warm up my body a little beat by doing several sets of push-ups exercise, so never the less, our major target and concern is to always push consistently, as i was able to 220 push-ups in sets.

It's great to hear about your recovery. You did three push-ups two days ago and nine last night, which is a sign that you are getting back on track.
If you try to do ten push-ups today as per your ability, and if you succeed, then I will consider you fully recovered since the arm pain did not persist for the last two nights (before that you can check your strength by placing your hands on the floor or doing a push-up). But keep one thing in mind, there is no need to harm your body by doing push-ups. It can do more harm than good. Your recovery is what we all want.

A few days have passed, yes I know I haven't left a report. I rested a bit and started again today. I did leg workouts, squats and vari-dos.
I did jump squats and some static holds. The workout started with 100 push-ups. Maybe I'll go to the gym again tomorrow I'm thinking of doing a push-pull day and working on some muscle-up technique.
