100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

Tomorrow is Monday, which is a little sad, but looking on the bright side, the new week can bring new good things.
I didn't go to the gym today either. Regret? Yes, I feel a little. I haven't done a workout where I could perform well for three days. I'm only doing push-ups. I need to slow down the pace a bit right now, so I'm listening to my body.

I might not know what might trigger to your sadness but one thing that is sure and i will love you to know and understand is that, it is always good to give yourself the hope for good things to come to you in every single day of your life and more as the new week continue to runs out, it is a good observation to have figured out when your body needed to some rest a bit, because even while i still do my push-ups in different sets, i still have myself to deal with at my level of consistency in doing push-ups daily, so to be at safe side and to avoid totally break down of not doing push-ups, i will advice you to listen to your body, since your body needed you to rest a bit, I was able to archive my daily push-ups in my normal routine.

Today I signed up for a year's gym membership, hoping it will help me maintain consistency with the challenge and my workout routine, so today I did a total of 150 pushups in 2 sets of 50s and 2 sets of 25, and I'm back home to try and do a hotel design

You make me laugh, although feeling that way about belly fat is normal because there are things you'd like to do that it will prevent you from doing especially jogging and this one you touch your knee with your forehead. Is just easy to work on the belly fat and if you're consistent in less than 1 month and some weeks you'd see some changes, keep pushing.

I searched on YouTube and from there I gave this exercise the highest priority for reducing fat due to which I started doing this exercise carefully but I hope that my belly fat will decrease a little but also someone told me about jumping rope but I think that even if I jump or the belly will be less and the body will be very fit but I will try that too from today but hopefully I will get some results within a month.

I completed push ups first today and later I followed my effective method to reduce my belly fat along with doing more exercises and I walked for 30 minutes in the morning. Today I did 100 push ups.

Catching up on reports. Been busy getting the finishing touches on my yard so I missed a couple more days. Was on my hands and knees painting brick paths to match my new cement work. One more to go and I will be finished. Had my waterfall resealed yesterday so no more leaking and I setup my patio furniture today. I could probably finish my remodel tomorrow if I was motivated enough, but I may put it off until after the holiday weekend if I can find something more fun to do.

No need to do much research, you already know what to keep to reduce the fat, skipping jogging and some other exercises can help you even plank exercise can help too, the major thing is consistency and when you set it as a target then the rest are history, you can do it on your own, just stay active to your daily routine.

Wow i thought as much, but since is you Said is because of the passed weekend, it is not a big deal then because weekend always comes and go, on the second thought weekend comes with alot of funs that everyone uses that means of having funs with family's and friends, that is why almost every body keeps saying this always, "THANKGOD IS FRIDAY "  when ever it reaches Friday and doing push-ups more often is never the problem as a pusher, what you should be doing is to figure out the best way to always go with push-ups to avoid being breaking down before time as a pusher. I'm glad to see a new month and to partake in doing push-ups exercise in 1st of July and i wish all the members of this thread the strength to continue doing their push-ups in good health through this new month.

I'm surprised it hasn't gotten excessively hot here this year; it's hot in the afternoons, but there's a nice breeze.
The heat will be much more noticeable in a month. Even so, the air conditioning is on at home, and today I did 100 push-ups and some abdominal exercises under it. I can't imagine doing those push-ups without the air conditioning. I'm adding 100 to my report.

Thanks for looking out, I have corrected the mistake.
Today wasn't that dull compared to yesterday, had to jog for 20'mins, plank exercise is another one that we shouldn't take for granted no matter now soft it looks, with time the pressure starts coming up and we begin to feel it. Added another 350 push up, dumbbell also was in the mix, no room for laziness this new month and I hope July will be more of green candles than red.

Really starting to feel the heat out here for the summertime.  I set out to paint a brick path today and only made it a couple of feet before deciding I would have to wait until sundown.  First time I have fallen victim to the desert this year.  Luckily, I do my push-ups indoors under the sweet breath of my home air conditioner. 

I'm surprised it hasn't gotten excessively hot here this year; it's hot in the afternoons, but there's a nice breeze.
The heat will be much more noticeable in a month. Even so, the air conditioning is on at home, and today I did 100 push-ups and some abdominal exercises under it. I can't imagine doing those push-ups without the air conditioning. I'm adding 100 to my report.

The summer has been pretty mild so far.  It seems like the weather hasn't been insanely hot the last few years.  I remember 10+ years ago there was a time in the summer when the temperature didn't drop below 100 degrees for an entire month.  Now it is rare to see lows above 80 degrees I feel like... 

Getting after it early this morning.  I guess my backyard remodeling schedule is still in effect even though I finished it yesterday!  Just waiting on some amazon deliveries (more umbrellas, door mat, etc.) and I'll be able to relax and enjoy the holiday weekend.
