You're welcome to this daily pushups challenge and of course everyone has equal opportunity to achieve whatever level of fitness and body build you intend to gain. Pushups challenge is good because you can do it anytime and anywhere and being a regular gym visitor, it is going to be easier for you to throw your pushups during your gym sessions.
You can keep adding to your fit self, don't get too hasty to push a large number or go further when your body is weak and I guess your gym instructor would applaud you for adding pushups to your daily routine.

As a personal trainer myself, i know that a person’s body can only go to limits as far as it is capable of. Even though i like to push pass those limits sometimes to see how farther my body can go before it refuses to go anymore; you’d be surprised how durable the human body is. Still on still, i’m still self aware to know when to stop.
