100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

I'm glad to celebrate my 365 days of my challenging and commitment in doing push-ups as I'm Plus one today, happy birthday to my humble self, and even as today started with so much rain and cold weather, i still make out time to do my daily push-ups exercise, no matter how the members of this thread is gradually reducing, it is believe that members that actually find pleasure in doing push-ups exercise or other related exercises, will never neglect doing pushups exercise in their convinent time, i was able to archive my daily push-ups in different sets 220.

It seems that the attendance of many people is decreasing here. At one time, many people used to participate in this push-up challenge, now there are not as many people as before, only a few people are doing push-ups here regularly. However, if we can be active here regularly and invite others, then this push-up challenge will be more enjoyable. Let us continue to do push-ups regularly without taking a break from here. It will be very beneficial for our body and we will be able to avoid various diseases.

I completed a total of 100 push-ups this morning, afternoon, and evening, and I also did some different exercises to reduce my belly fat.

We use to have a lot of participants that were active in this push-up challenge, but it's surprising how participants has dramatically reduced which left us with 23 participants now. This push-up challenge is already enjoyable we don't really need to invite anyone for it to be more enjoyable, anyone that's interested in joining this challenge can do that on his or her own will. Doing push-ups regularly is good but at some point one need to take a break in order to prevent injury.

i haven’t been able to post here for a while, but i just came across this and it’s pretty cool. the graph of my push-up counts shows me just how often i’ve been taking breaks. i tell myself i won’t skip them every time, but lately my life has been pretty busy. push-ups don’t take much time, but constantly putting them off is almost becoming an addiction.

i don’t want to fall off the bench while the bitcoin price is dropping. i’m sure we’ll see more people here once bitcoin gets close to $100,000 again.

Not much excitement today. Had my cement contractor repair a spot that got messed up. Also had a new garage door installed. It is much quieter now but they managed to install the wrong inserts, so that didn’t get checked off the todo list today. Hopefully soon. I’m having a hell of a time finishing my remodel. Always something popping up. At least sitting around while other people worked on my house gave me time for push-ups.

It was a rainy day, and I really like it when it rains in the middle of summer and it cools me down.
After the rain stopped, I went for a walk and did some stretching when I got home. Since I work sitting down, my back legs and hips are under a lot of strain. After stretching, I did some push-ups. Normally, I didn't feel like doing any push-ups today, but after the stretches I felt ready, so I did them.

Completed today's workout, pushups is becoming too easy like I hard feel that pressure while doing it, seems like my body has gotten used to it, the next one I want to get used to is the dumbbell, that particular one always hit me hard, the pain is too much if I spend more time on it, I believe with time the pains won't be that much.

Today is my rest day , just wanted to report my yesterday pushes  !

Today was a busy day to me and now that I'm free from today activities, i just decided to give out my push-ups report which i was able to archived in the morning before stepping out to deal with today sechuldes, I'm still on my normal routine of doing push-ups exercise, perhaps the weekend is here again and it seems that when ever the weekend approaches, almost every one feels so good because weekend comes with alot of funs, rest, worship their God in different kinds and more specially the only time people have fun with their family, and at the same wishing all my fellow pushers happy weekend within the forum, as we are going to enjoy this weekend in a separate ways individually.

I continued with this handstand practice, and next week I'll focus more on leg training. It will also give my wrists a rest.
I'm continuing in a good cycle, taking my time. I'm being careful not to overexert myself, avoiding injury, and listening to my body. I'm getting closer to the handstand wall now and can hold for about 30 seconds. I also did 100 push-ups, which I'm adding to my report.

It seems that the attendance of many people is decreasing here. At one time, many people used to participate in this push-up challenge, now there are not as many people as before, only a few people are doing push-ups here regularly. However, if we can be active here regularly and invite others, then this push-up challenge will be more enjoyable. Let us continue to do push-ups regularly without taking a break from here. It will be very beneficial for our body and we will be able to avoid various diseases.

I completed a total of 100 push-ups this morning, afternoon, and evening, and I also did some different exercises to reduce my belly fat.

We use to have a lot of participants that were active in this push-up challenge, but it's surprising how participants has dramatically reduced which left us with 23 participants now. This push-up challenge is already enjoyable we don't really need to invite anyone for it to be more enjoyable, anyone that's interested in joining this challenge can do that on his or her own will. Doing push-ups regularly is good but at some point one need to take a break in order to prevent injury.

The truth remains that any thing human does without fully convince and knowing the value and it's purpose will not end achieving it's objective s it's subject to ending half way most of this said persons are what I call follow follow, mean while it's as result of mindset and what they target not been seen at the end that always result to it, this behavior is natural to human as most people are impatient to what they engaged on never willing to see the end, today many who carry out certain activities which may include investment, trade, academic work ends half way because of lack of focus and missing the right track from the beginning this set of people always end in regret at the end seen what they early engaged on becoming a success while they are no longer in that track.
