If someone should actually follow this thread and actually do the push-ups that they are reporting here they will actually increase their life span, exercise is very good for our health however, because of laziness will find it very hard to exercise.
Laziness is always a major obstacle but when we have set out for a better life at least for fitness problems this can be fought slowly especially when we try daily it feels there is always less when we do not do routine including for this challenge. Im more insecure about the shame of being seen by people exercising because before I was very rare to try to do jogging and other outdoor sports so when I first tried to move it felt like people who saw me exercise was watching my every step that led to a lack of confidence. Just push yourself a little; the first few weeks will be tough, but then it will become a habit. After that, you'll feel bad when you don't do it because your body and mind will have gotten used to the routine. Keep going until you get into the routine the rest will be easy. Seriously I feel like testing it on something, the workout and push up have been good to my body and my arms are bigger than when I first started but trust me, I can't try it on my fellow human being because something bad might happen if I keep pushing, slwe shouldn't use our work out and how we have improved to intimidate others, no I'm not like that. Well, for the back pain it happened as a result of the heavy things we moved from one office to the other and is not something that doesn't need a doctor, highest I go for pain relief and a little sleep, it will help but I'm fine now, today is better than yesterday when it started.

Yea, if I keep lifting too much heavy things it will not worry me now but later in the future, let's say when nature calls that is when it will be too much (the pain) to handle.

This thread is a challenge that will help people do some exercise by doing pushups because they need to repost here on this thread. For those who are not even doing pushups but just coming here to repost a fake pushups you are actually deceiving yourself and losing out from the main benefit of this thread, I was in this thread before and I was very active on the push-up, even though I’m not posting reports again on this thread it has helped me take push-up as my morning routine and it has helped my health life.
If we want to keep our health beautiful and healthy, then there is no alternative to exercise. If we exercise regularly every day, then our life expectancy will definitely increase and we will remain healthy. But yes, you are absolutely right, those who are cheating in this challenge and not doing push-ups are actually cheating themselves. Doing these push-ups is for our own good, so instead of cheating here, we should complete these push-ups for our own good. Couldn't do anything yesterday because of the engagement that I had but I thank God everything went well and today is going to be different from the previous day, waist pain had to come in plan that after the work I could not do anything to at least have something to drop yesterday's report. So happy I had to complete my daily exercises and drop my report. I feel like trying out my punch on something or somebody, with time I'll become a boxer.

You can test your punches on anything but don't test your punches on anyone else, otherwise you will have to pay a fine. Hahaha, after hearing what you said, it seems like your arm muscles have become much stronger, but keep going. If there is a gym near your house, go there, your body will be more fit. But what did you say about your back pain? Is your back pain chronic? If your back pain is chronic, then you should definitely consult a doctor and take treatment as per his advice because back pain is very bad, which makes people bedridden as they get older. I had a two-day break and I couldn't do any kind of exercise these two days. But today I started my daily exercise from morning. Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in the morning, afternoon and evening and also I did my abdominal exercises and waist exercises. What you said is true and I'm not ready to use my days and months of working out to start showing off and intimidating people, no, I said it that is against what I do. Like you that I have to feel some changes in my arms and I have seen it as a positive improvement not as a chance to start going around looking for trouble where there's non instead of using my time to do something profitable.
