But in crypto, the price can swing at any time because any good or bad news is able to change the game.

Real estate investors are those who purchase property to make profit. They buy residential, commercial or invest through funds. They make money when the value of the money over time increases.  Real estate provides us with a physical asset that can provide us security and stability as compared to cryptocurrency. Real estate property has high potential as compared to crypto to increase its value after a period of time.

Which one do you prefer?

Meanwhile,they both have and offer the same profitable benefits to us.Crypto is digital assets while real estate is a physical assets.
Although,investing in cryptocurrency can generate huge figures and profitable results,but its up to every individual to decide which one makes them comfortable,ranging from financial objective,and investment goals.
  
They're very good options to stack so much money and accumulate wealth.I can possibly involve myself in both of them,irrespective of the fact that I don't have any problem with holding assets for a certain period of time.

I own both and I must say that I prefer crypto currency over real estate.
Crypto has provided far more better returns than real estate.
Crypto is more liquid than real estate and I don't need to go through the hassle of paper work.
But then that doesn't mean we should go all in with crypto, instead, we should diversify our portfolio so that we can hold both.

If you do have the money and your budget or capital permits you then i would definitely be choosing this two no doubt. We've seen that Bitcoin is good, so as with Real estate too.
It is really just that real estate business is something which is really that too expensive for an ordinary person to deal off with, this is why not all would really be having that kind of capacity on involving with this kind of business. This is why people would really be just going into those alternatives or other options which is really that much lesser in terms of value or cost of capital.

These are the great assets but to say in general about crypto, there are various options that might mislead the rest. So, with this then it's going to be Bitcoin and real estate.

The combination of these assets is gonna make you financially free and wealthy, no doubt. But it depends on how much Bitcoin you own still.
