Regarding the license, I don't consider it that important of an issue to negatively tag someone for it. It's misleading and deserves a neutral tag at worst if you ask me. If, of course, they lied about it. The major concern is whether a casino is or isn't scamming its players. That's why I am not asking about the license issue anymore, like JollyGood is.

TBH, I've left that matter quite a while too after taking another spin at this whole situation. What I base my opinion from, is that [the reputation of Anjouan aside] during the absence of license, there were no one reported or complained of being scammed by them. So yeah, misleading at best, but I personally am not interested to pursue this matter as it [far as I know, based on current narrative] doesn't cause someone to suffer financial loss.

I asked them to clarify it simply [if I may be honest] so we can cross it out of the list and address the more on-point topic that OP raised: clearing their name against JPR. Of which... Amongst the muds he sling, one can be easily cleared by clarifying the situation of that timer-bug exploit.

On a different note, has this degenerate now started scamming people? Little Mouse posted unreferenced feedback that he scammed him out of $600. I am guessing on Telegram or some other chat service where you can easily impersonate anyone.

Just to inform you, jackpotracer has been asking me to remove nutildah from MetaWin campaign which I denied and even I didn't share with nutildah either. He threatened me that he will reach MetaWin if I don't remove nutildah. He reached MetaWin on Friday or Saturday. I had to face few questions from MetaWin rep. This is ridiculous.

I called it a week ago. I knew he would attempt something like that. I am pretty sure he asked icopress to remove me from the campaign as well. It was back when he still claimed to have respect for icopress and tried to sweet-talk him. When that didn't work, he probably got in touch with Jambler, asking to have us both removed.

This is a very malicious individual out for blood. He will be happy with any harm he does to anyone that gets into his way. It stopped being about him vs. Blackjack.Fun a long time ago. His frustrations kept rising after nothing went his way, starting with the $24 that were left on Blackjack.Fun.

@Everyone that doesn't agree with him, be ready for anything. He might even try to set someone up for something. I can think of several things but I am not going to give him any ideas.

I don't think he has any evidence. It's Telegram, remember? Any side of a private conversation can delete the whole history without the other party being able to do anything about it. But yes, a thread about the incident should still be created. It wouldn't be enough for new tags from an objective point of few, but it's good to have it out in the open.

I have been chatting with Noah in telegram for a long time. JPR sent me a lots of message together, so I didnt notice that it was a new chat. It's because my attention was in somewhere else. Asked me to join a group which was totally set up lol
 I joined and got scammed. No regret here because I could have lost a bigger amount too as Noah's face value is way bigger than $600. Luckily it was only $600.

I'm thinking a flag is probably warranted at this point but its late here and I'll have to take a closer inspection of the situation tomorrow. We now know we are dealing with a game-protect level sociopath who will stop at nothing to make a dirty buck in the sleaziest of ways possible. Possibly the worst type of characters that the forum has to endure.

Depending on the situation on LM's case, and under what condition and/or reason did he send USD 600 to JPR, I don't think a level 2 or 3 flag can be issued. No one enters a written or implicit contract with JPR. Best case scenario will be a type-1. It can be argued to be based on this situation [which he failed to address]:

Eva, blackjack.fun, if I may suggest a way to prove you're never without license, as per JollyGood inquired, while still maintaining the sensitive data of your... company details [though honestly I don't think I understand what kind of sensitive data contained within a certification that should be protected], can you perhaps provide a screenshot with sensitive data being covered like below? I am completely aware that it's a different format and different licensor, but I believe the essential information are mostly the same

I even think you can provide something like this, if you want to extremely guard your details, as --I believe-- what's being inquired by JG is just the date the certification became effective. So I believe the master license letter head, the name of your website, and the date visible is enough.

Very confusing now, because if I understood you correctly, you advised @icopress to open a scam accusation thread against me. So somehow you have changed your mind and think that I am the scammer here and everywhere.

No problem with that, if @icopress is so eager and will insist on exposing himself as a fool I welcome it and let's see what his clients like PeachBitcoin and exch.cx will say, not mentioning Blackjack.fun as they are like a married couple and do fishy things anyway.

That will literally never happen.  I had some idiot attack me with a reputation thread saying I stole money to order a Cybertruck because a moderator deleted their off topic post bashing Elon Musk on a different thread I had going.  I guess he thought I deleted his post and he got mad at me or something?  Anyway, icopress joined in with him in bashing me after I showed him what happened.  This is clearly not professional behavior or the type of management someone should be paying for.  You have to realize that they're running a money laundering operation to begin with, then things make more sense about the types of people involved.

I am not going to go into detail about the other postings by @Pmalek @Little Mouse @nutildah because it looks like a witch hunt or an April Fool's thing.

But if it is not an April Fool thing then please open a scam accusation thread with all the proof needed for the claim even it as I understood did not happen in this forum but on telegram. why not open on telegram a scam accusation thread or ask telegram to expose the scammer so @icopress can ask the police for help. I would also be interested to know who impersonated me and please give me a link where I can find the thread on Telegram where it happened.

What I can say is thank you for the laugh as I almost fell off my chair laughing so much, whether the witch hunt was really meant or it was an April Fool's joke, either way it was a good one LOL.

I didnt bother sending $300 first as everything was nicely set up. Once again, I was asked to send $300 more which I did. Until then I didnt realize that it was scam. Later when he asked another $600, I realized that I was scammed. Checked instantly and turned out that I was scammed. For not a single time, I thought why would Noah ask me for an invoice payment. Scammer on telegram told me that he just tagged me. I checked and found that it was jackpotracer.
Just to inform you, jackpotracer has been asking me to remove nutildah from MetaWin campaign which I denied and even I didn't share with nutildah either. For my part (not that it matters much), I am removing myself from the thread.

Before departing, I would like to re-iterate my points and comments mentioned specific to their licences because my views are still the same. I think Blackjack could easily have verified they indeed had a valid licence during 31st December 2023 with Curacao and from 1st January 2024 to 18th February 2024 with Anjouan but have actively avoided proving it.

As it currently stands, they displayed a valid licence on their website from 19th February 2024 after members of the forum questioned why they were showing a Curacao logo without a validator link. Eva attested a valid licence was always in place during the overlap but as this was never proven, I do not believe them. I have mentioned before, that is the only blemish on their record at the moment and that one licence issue is not even a big problem in the grand scheme of things.

About the $600, this absolutely awful. As I mentioned in a post to another member, it can happen to anybody if they get distracted at the wrong time.

Regarding him contacting your clients whether or not pretending to be you and also contacting you while pretending to be your clients, this is unacceptable as a stand-alone issue. When you add to that he scammed you for $600 it makes it worse. If you are able to provide some sort of evidence that implicates JackpotRacer, I will support a flag.

His account has a number of red tags therefore he knows it cannot be used for any meaningful function except to make a nuisance of himself until/unless he gets bored or the account is banned.

I can only repeat that I discovered the timer exploit and since I used it only once in an exaggerated way, I could not win any money as the owner of Blackjack.fun is accusing me. He still did not show any proof which could be very easy for him and therefore I am still very surprised that besides the license lie why does nobody ask to prove that I cheated them out of the big part of 24 USDT? He could easily prove it and all would be over long ago and I would be the declared big scammer of the big part of 24 USDT and everyone would be happy.

I have been scammed by him ($600). He impersonated Shuffle founder on telegram. Timing was bad for me as I was dealing with something else which was more important for me. I didnt bother sending $300 first as everything was nicely set up. Once again, I was asked to send $300 more which I did. Until then I didnt realize that it was scam. Later when he asked another $600, I realized that I was scammed. Checked instantly and turned out that I was scammed. For not a single time, I thought why would Noah ask me for an invoice payment. Scammer on telegram told me that he just tagged me. I checked and found that it was jackpotracer.

What does it tell me? Well, given in your opinion, it is a free roll and there is no one suffering financial loss by joining the game, nor sacrificing anything, it can be safely inferred that no one is scamming anyone. Not you, not other players, not blackjack. It's free roll. The prize is real money, but no one suffers anything by joining the game.

This should invalidate your scam accusation thread against them.

It was previously [and repetitively] asked what the scam is. You refused to give straight answer, only pointing to general direction that your problem were: [1] the bug in their free roll tournaments, [2] their 100 USD bug bounty and your current balance --which you kinda refuse to accept-- and [3] your demand to turn the funds into giveaway... oh, and [4] a request to re-gain access to the platform to test that bug.

Point number 2 and 3 kinda explains itself, that they're invalid. One can't be said scamming someone else because that someone else did not provide a return address, nor complying to the demand of creating a giveaway on that someone's behalf.

Point number 4 has a very clear solution that JollyGood nicely provide: create another account, test that bug, record everything, provide it here. Granted, it'll be against their rule of multi-acc, but given you're just want to test it and does nothing else, which means you'll be in and out in five minutes or less, with little to zero fund being involved [and thus they can't confiscate due to a breach in ToS; multi-acc], I think the general consensus here will be that there is no harm in that, and that it is perhaps the first and probably the only one case where multi-acc is "encouraged". You refused that. So, we're clear on this one.

This leaves the only point in your case: bug and tournament. Given you're agree that it is a free roll, etc. as said above, this also clears and invalidate the accusation.

Explained as above, it should means everything in your thread against them is resolved.

ELI5: I just wanted to cross the T and dot the I, make sure it's valid and agreeable to mark your case as resolved [previously and currently marked as "invalid"] on my list.

Me? Why? I don't have any issue with you, financially.
