The UI and the colour combination of the Spinarium.com is indeed pretty good (my personal opinion though). Most probably you guys have made it better by observing other casinos. BTW, the wagering requirement and the rank up bonus to reach each VIP level is different for different crypto. Which is uncommon and strange. All other casinos have a fixed wagering requirement in USD value for the rank up. The consider the progress by taking the wager of each crypto in USD value. Why haven't you made it simple like all other casinos?

I just want to make a comment on your welcome bonus package ToS. I really hate to see casino setting max win on the bonus money while the wagering requirements is too high. There’s a x5 max win only while the rollover requirements is x40. The only way to complete this requirements is through winning huge amount or slowly wager hoping for breakeven. Nevertheless you should just lower the bonus amount if you are not comfortable someone will win huge amount from it.

So from what I understand, identity verification is mandatory otherwise we won't be able to withdraw.

When a user deposits the amount exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount at the spinarium.com website (hereafter - “website” or “platform”), then it is compulsory for him/her to perform a full KYC process.

During this process, the user will have to input some basic details about themselves and then submit /upload/pass

That's a bummer then, it would be nice if players are able to test the waters first with no mandatory KYC. People can be cautious on giving personal documents to platforms who are not at well-known level yet.

Please consider the small print above the requirements level page since you will need to bet on required slots games in able to rank up. There’s a lot of hidden twist on their ToS including their bonuses. Their sign up too has the default to not receive bonuses when you click sign up. I think he is right about the difference, I just created an account and I have found the difference.
The difference is shown when we change the currency on the right top corner of the page, once we change the currency then the information under the VIP club will be changed accordingly.
Here is example if we change the currency into BTC and ETH, you will see the difference between them and maybe compare it to usd which will give big difference:

I have to say yes (based on my experience), $1000 reward for a $500k TO is a good one, IIRC Duelbits gave me a $1k reward when I reached $750k

Level up rewards are actually a fixed percentage of the required wagered amount of each rank. It is 0.33% of the wager amount for the first rank up, then 0.25% for the next rank up. Which is same for each crypto, but the required wager amount varies for different crypto.

60 minutes to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus? I think this is the shortest time period for such a bonus I've ever seen so far.
It would be more insane if there is also max allowed amount per bet while players take the bonus.
Combination between 60 minutes + low max bet allowed will be something PERFECT for the casino as no players will be able to complete the wagering requirement.
Looking at your bonus balance, you did not make a big deposit so at least you did not lose too much although it is still uncomfortable to have such an experience in your first try.

Then here you go the odd part. Why the heck they need to adjust the required wagering requirements based on the currency which user use while they should just use the regular method which is in fixed USD value. I’m confused on they will compute my VIP progress if I use different currency when I play?
