That is correct, i also see the same thing from my own end, though when i go ahead to click on "yes, view profile", i can still see everything on the X account, and from what i see the last post was on 10th July 2024. I'm pretty sure the account will be reopened pretty soon again for Spinarium to post.

Elon Musk have a find to spot out those that violates the guides on X. You're correct because I just searched the account name on X and I must say, they exhibited the same screen warning to me, but I still relentlessly view it. Same from my own end here. Since it is on a temporary  basis, it will definitely be restored when the time elapses. I will advise that the team sticks to x policy so as to avoid being suspended because if prospective clients that normally does social media checks on casino they want to play games with see this, it might likely piss the off or send them the wrong message as they would be thinking that the account was reported for another reasons which is not true.

for the twitter account to be under restrictions that means theirs a negative complaints account the account, for me it can't be that the account is having more likes, I believe that such will not make twitter moderator to restrict their account, neither someone has reported the account for bad, removing it now for me is needful since it's not active and after it has been restored to normal it can be attached to their advertisement button / key, but it left for them and secondly theirs no much problems for that the way I'm seeing it.

No need of removal instead I will suggest post or activity should reduce a bit maybe could post in other social media that is linked to their site maybe if the bot as you said isn't sensing much activity from their account then it would be free and people could start accessing back their handle, So I think no big deal there.
