What I don't understand is why it's on Netflix this time.

I have no idea but as long there's a potential profit for them, they're going to sign deal with whomever who's going to negotiate with them just to be on their streaming platform. Netflix is quite new to this game but with what they have achieve so far, we cannot doubt them. Maybe in the future their offerings will grow and they'll defeat their sports streaming rivals in the future due to their great initiative that people will not have to pay a high PPV subscription but at the same time they can still give what the boxers would want. I guess the high PPV rate will die sooner as Netflix is here to take over with cheap fees but they'll target a volume of viewers. it's a win-win for the sports as well as the interest of people will grow.

I think the biggest reason is because Netflix can make lot of profit from this fight when they are the main party that can broadcast it, Mike Tyson is legendary boxer and anyone would pay to be able to watch him fight again.

We should just appreciate what Jake Paul had achieve so far. For a non natural boxer to reach at this level, man he is impressive. Now he is fighting a legend and he is not afraid against a KO artist although an old one. if we are not interested, we just disregard it, but if we like to see it, this is our opportunity to see Mike fight a young and active boxer.

The surprising thing I saw recently was that Tyson has been in training daily for years, not just since this fight was discussed but its part of his permanent regime to stay in shape regardless of any schedule to fight with an audience.  If thats true and Tyson has a good trainer and a regular disciplined regime of exercise and sparring etc.  what real chance does an amateur have against him.
