For example, SamReomo was listed in the database under "ID 12345", the ID to which his bonus was credited, but when he contacted Whale to complain about not receiving his free bonus, he provided a completely different "ID 56789" (and, obviously, the bonus wasn't credited to that ID, since he didn't even provide it or inform me that the ID should be changed to a new one).
Yes, it was my fault I forgot to share my new ID with Icopress that's why I haven't received the free bet.
