In the first half of the season, I had no doubt that Arsenal would finally become Premier League champions. But now, with the gap to Manchester City down to just four points, I’m no longer so confident that Arsenal can finish in first place.
As for the English and Italian leagues, I completely agree with you — right now they’re the most exciting competitions in Europe. Several teams are genuinely fighting for the title, and the level of intrigue is much higher than in the other major European leagues.
It’s going to be really tough for them to win it. I’m not an Arsenal fan, but honestly, i’d like to see them do it. Arteta is a good coach and he’s got experience, he just always seems to be missing that little extra step to become the very best. We’ll see, but the way things are going right now, it’s hard to imagine them pulling it off.And yeah, i should’ve mentioned La Liga too. That’s probably going to be a straight fight between Barcelona and Real Madrid for the top spot. Barcelona look a bit more serious at the moment, but i still think it’s going to be a close one in the end

Tough luck on your bet slip. Unfortunately it didn’t go through, Arsenal ended up drawing.I still can’t believe Arsenal are slowly but surely heading toward throwing away first place again, like they’ve done before. Now Man City is only 4 points behind them. They still have a decent lead, but they really could’ve had a much bigger gap by now. This title race is going to be seriously exciting in the toughest league in the world. Right now, the italian and english leagues are definitely the most interesting to me
As the saying goes... Easy come, easy go...

But it's said to have been a pretty exciting game where the outcome was completely open, so far from a classic draw. I didn't see the game myself, only read the summaries.

In any case, the Premier League is now really exciting again and Arsenal's almost certain march to victory has been stopped. So my lost bet ended up having a silver lining after all. Wink

Today, the German Bundesliga continues, and there are also some interesting games to bet on there, as many strong teams are playing against underdogs, which is an ideal opportunity for multi-bets!
