The thing is that clearing cookie and other browser data may not actually end everything to run smoothly with your access won't work, but the one you said downloading a better browser is ok and advisedly for fast access to account if you are having issues with your old browser, I use to have that issue before and I did everything possible to clear off the browser to make it work, did not work and untill I downloaded another browser and everything was good again.

I understand the issue. Even with a good network, mobile access on Bitz.io may be slow. It might be useful, yet not always, to clear the cache and cookies. A change of browser or making it light normally solved the problem-I had the same problem and nothing could be done until I installed another browser. In case it continues languishing, then it could be a problem on the server. Hopefully, there will come a time the mobile performance will be enhanced.
