I don’t think this has anything to do with the casino. If some scammer send an email from bitzmaiI.io, the user is responsible to check the authenticity of the sender. Bitz.io cannot do anything about it. Do we held amazon responsible just because some scammer created a phishing site like “amaz0n.com” and scammed people? No we don’t do that.

To be honest, I don’t think it’s that easy for a hacker to create an email address that ends with @bitzmail.io (which is supposed to be the official domain) unless they have access to the company’s servers or email servers. And if he has done that, then he could do far more than just create an email address using the legitimate domain.

I did not use "bitzmail.io", I talked about "bitzmaiI.io". It is not difficult for scammers to create spoofed domains. They can do it in a way that it looks very identical to the official one, and if you don't look very well, you might not spot the difference.

@Alpha Marine, I noticed you used an uppercase "I" in the second domain which you're using as an example of what scammers can do to make a lookalike of the genuine "bitzmail.io" domain. Damn! That was smart of you.

I guess this is the reason we must constantly verify every email messages because, definitely, scammers can be so cunning with letters in domains.

If we were to put every single website responsible for all of the phishing done by others, microsoft and apple would have been bankrupted by now. I get daily mails about how microsoft bill is "action required urgent" and what not, which are all phishing and scam mails, and same for apple where "you have been connected by another location" type of mails, all of which are scams and phishing as well. We can't put websites responsible for the phishing we fail, that's on you, and I agree.

Why subscribe to bitz social media?
What is RTP?
How are the games in live games?
What colors are on the roulette board?
There was also a question with multiple choice numbers, where I chose 32, and the correct answer was something like 58. Each question had four possible answers, and there was very little time to read and choose an option... something like 15 seconds for as long as I can remember now.
Of course, I managed to catch myself thinking that there wasn't enough time specifically to exclude the possibility of using tools like gpt or Google.
