The parents didn't learn parenting skills, so they don't know whether they should allow their kids to use cellphone or not. Even they know it's not good to let their kids to use cellphone, they can't really control their kids due to lack of time. Lack of time caused by they need to work in order to earn money.

They said money is the root of all evil!   in our today's life, nobody cares what is happening to others, or what will happen. let alone try to control it from happening or stop it when it's happening already. Everybody is just busy with how the money will come where they are going to get it from. Social media don't care about their impact on the viewers. Thay are only concern about promoting their post, how many viewers they have and numbers of likes they get from their users.

The most funniest part of it is that, even the parents today don't show most concern anymore. They know nothing about what their children are doing on social media. They don't also care about at what age their children will start using cellphone. Some of these parents will even be showing that they are even happy that their children are using smart phone already even at their adolescence age. The government don't also care about what kind of things to be post on each page and groups of the social media.
