May be that is true but what happened with the person in OP was something that he could not have controlled at his end.
If the gambling agent cheated him then that is not his fault. Same thing with online casino sites, if you deposit your money on the site and if the site is a scam then is it your fault in it ?

The two of you are right, of course, many issues are caused by gamblers, and in some cases as well, they are just victims of the circumstances. And if you read what @Dunamsx wrote, he never mentioned "all" but "many." Above all, the conclusion of the two of you is very valid and somewhat agrees as well, and I say that the two types of casinos are good, but no matter how good they are, they will have their cons too, if not many. I have replied many times on this thread and shared numerous pros and cons of the two, regardless, we should choose based on our preference and what we can handle and we should try as much as possible to gamble in such a way that any gambler fault is not from our end.

Or the casino will just say that the system glitch and the winnings is not valid. Just like what happened to a woman named Katrina Bookman. Lol the reason was nonsense.  Regardless of how a person believe in spiritual powers, it shouldn't be used as an excuse to void a person of his winnings.  I believe the court won't favor that excuse and probably the person is able to get his $30k winnings.  Is there any news about the result of this dispute?

They would really be focusing on which it is really that something positive and not into those things on which it would really be something that make people getting hooked on the moment that they would really be seeing those things. I don't think there are so many ridiculous reasons just to refuse paying out winnings from a physical casino, and what if the gambler has high losses and does the gambler blame the casino, of course not but casinos don't care about reputation rather than paying out high winnings.

Gamblers must document proof of winnings and promote it on social media to embarrass the casino and to prevent other victims of fraud as they could potentially experience the same problem.

I don't think there are so many ridiculous reasons just to refuse paying out winnings from a physical casino, and what if the gambler has high losses and does the gambler blame the casino, of course not but casinos don't care about reputation rather than paying out high winnings.

The thing is that, those casinos doesn't care about the gamblers loses amd their put a close eye when the gambler lose but open wide the eye when there is big winning.

Although most of those casinos are already known scam and have hard some past cases, although none those casinos haso much good reputations.
