I just got hit with a KYC request because I made a medium high withdrawal. I did it but the way they request it is more than questionable and needs to be improved.
They don't send you a message or email or anything, just when you open the site you get instantly redirected to the KYC screen in the settings. You can't see your balance, you can't do anything other than KYC. Kind of a strange approach if you ask me.

Hopefully they will settle this quick since this is always annoying waiting for something like this. BJ.fun is one of the few sites where I didn't do KYC beforehand because when they started their campaign we had to add an account to get the payment there. And we were told we don't have to do KYC.
Anyway, will edit/update once it's finalized.

Edit: Only 40min after submitting KYC it got confirmed and my withdrawal was sent. That's a short and sweet way to get this done. Though the way you inform players about KYC will hopefully be improved.

such an experience is indeed less pleasant. it would be better if there was an official email sent for the withdrawal problem that occurred. such a service can give us enough understanding of the situation when we are asked for KYC.

I don't know exactly the terms and conditions on blackjack but it is probably noted somewhere that they can always ask for KYC verification. Nice to hear that it was approved in 40 min and that you already received your payment. On other sites it can sometimes take a while before you get your KYC approval.

Actually this might be the case. With this withdrawal my overall amount of withdrawals on this site exceeded 2k. On the other hand, this withdrawal also brought me in overall profit so this might have triggered it as well. Whatever it was, it happened. 2k in withdrawals is not a big amount normally so yeah, when sites finally have to pay you with their own money instead of refunding you with yours they tend to do some more checks than normal.

I believe what you are looking for is the weekly rakeback already since you have a 30$ reward from daily tournament. You will only received daily rakeback if you place in lower spot while your accumulated rakeback will be payed on weekly basis.

Weekly rewards is during Tuesday, which means all your rakeback rewards will be sent next week while that 30$ is your reward for the daily tournament alone.

Blackjack.fun whales usually wager insane amount during the final hour of the tournament.

I am one of the users who asked for game history to be updated more completely so we can track it easily, I know the Blackjack.fun team always hears feedback from users it's just that they need a long time to complete it, I suspect they lack the team there and that is the reason why it takes a long time.

@silvestre is a user who takes over the first place for the daily tournament, he is an old player and as far as I know he's a user of this forum but not an active user. From my observation he was not active for about 3 weeks or since January and meaning the weekly tournament will be dominated by 3 whale players Onerel, silvestre and I forgot his username and this user only bet on sports.

Regarding  Rakeback I have no idea, we only explain based on our experience then only admin can confirm. You should send email to support they will explain in full and who knows there are other bonuses for you

Since a few hours ago I saw this user needed help but no admin can respond and based on his statistics he is an old player, I can't imagine if some new users see experiences like this. I think Blackjack.fun really needs a new admin at least to respond or provide an explanation yeah in this forum there are several places to find it. It's been over two days since my withdrawal in USDT (a small amount of 40 USDT). That's the longest I've waited so far, it's usually been relatively quick.

Why don't you just ask where the problem is? Sometimes I catch their support agent Linda in the live support but even if she isn't online you can still send an offline message and expect a reply from her within 12 hours give or take.

From several sources say, for now vote does not mean anything only appears in account statistics yeah maybe as a reputation that you in the race but in the past every player you voted won in the tournament then you will get free spins every day/weekly and you know that many voters wins 1-2 mbtc from the free spins. I think that's the reason the event was stopped/changed because it sucks the budget while the deposit declined because most of them waiting for free spins.

Regarding email yeah as you saw some old players have confirmed here and response is an old issue, there is no way to get out of that situation before they find someone at least to handle complaints or other reports. Don't be surprised if your email is not responded at all because sometimes there are many emails that are queued.
