Yeah the problem always was the name. I mean why would you call yourself blackjack.xxx when you are a casino site (plus sports book) that provides all sorts of games. Customers that don't know they do that would only assume this is a site where you could only play blackjack, right?

I play on this casino during their introduction here in the forum and that time they only offer their house game Blackjack. They just started to add different games after few years to compete with other popular casino and forgot to change name or didn’t want to let go their name.

I think they should just introduce a new casino that time when they offer full game and leave the blackjack.fun as blackjack casino site only if they want to keep the brand. Same with Primedice and Stake.

It’s just odd now to rebrand and reintroduce again another token after having a previous token on their BJFun brand.

They are gradually updating everything. OP have to change the title of this thread as well if they want to continue with this. It's up to them whether they want to come with a new ANN thread or not. But it would be better if they continue with this thread by changing the ANN thread title only. Blackjack.fun team should inform the casino directory about this change.

Everything will be clear once they create a new contract address + announcement, for now just continue as usual including staking/mining
Basically for now nothing has changed except the domain and honestly I doubt they can renew it in a short time yeah we know the reason.

Haha I know and as far as I remember you've said it here, they argue that it is their way of avoiding abuse of bonuses/promos yeah it kinda makes sense because at that time I saw many new users claiming the rewards announced in the chat room. After a month and a half of trying to contact them, I finally managed to reach someone on Telegram, who told me there's an open investigation with a provider. Until that's resolved, I'm unable to withdraw (though I'm apparently free to gamble the money away).

That was the first and only time I received any meaningful communication about the issue. I continue reaching out every few weeks to ask for updates, but all of my attempts are ignored.

dude, 6 months of "open investigation with a provider" is a crazy excuse, what could they possibly be investigating that is taking this long?
if i were you, i would have opened a scam accusation/submit a complaint on casino.guru after a month max. maybe you should consider doing that if you want them to push the provider to "investigation" faster.

It's all the same, nothing has changed. The only thing that changed is the name of the site, the color and maybe in the future the token, nothing else. You can still log into your account with your email, password and 2FA if it's activated. Could have just tried.

I think they say it can take this much time because some specific cases can be hard to solve, and it's better for them than giving 3 months and having to use 5 months with the user complaining that the deadline wasn't followed. But in 90% of the cases I don't understand why it would take this long.

For something simple it shouldn't take more than 3 months. I had issues where it took just 1 week for example, and more than take the casino is stalling to keep the money.
