I don't have much free time to do this, this is my first withdrawal, I didn't contact customer service for a month because of work, and now I can't log into my account. They just said I have multiple accounts, and then nothing happened.

I also have funds of $150+ and they said I use many accounts, I have sent kyc verification, after sending kyc verification, they immediately blocked my account, I have contacted them via live support contact, email, & here, they are not responding at all

It only means that you violated their ToS since they confirmed everything first once you finished verification. You should issue a refund request on your deposit because you have the right to do it.

I experienced undergoing KYC and wait for weeks just to approve but never experienced ban after the approval.

I don’t buy casino banning user casually without any reason.

• There is no way to change the password.
• There is no place displaying the email address associated with the account.

I seen when I clicked wallet that there was a button labeled transaction history, but you are correct, when you open that and look around it is empty. Far as changing password, I was able to click forgot password and sent a pw change link so as long as you know your email (which isn't displayed) you should be ok.

Well, there is no tab or link or anything that you could click to see your history, it just doesn't exist. You can only see you last 10 casino bets scrolling down the starting site and clicking on "MY BETS". For sports you can see some more, but not your full history.
About the free TRX, you have to be VIP level 1 (10k wager required) to be able to claim these, maybe even higher but I think 1 was enough. You must write a comment saying " /daily gift" in the chat to get this every day.

I can see my withdrawal history. The problem is that the transaction hash is not displayed there and I can't even see the address I used for my withdrawals.
It only displays the time of withdrawals, the amounts and their status.

Can you specify the names of the big sports event (league) which you are missing at Blackjack.fun? I have played the casino games only at Blackjack.fun. I have just checked the sports betting section of Blackjack.fun and noticed that they are using "Betsy Games" odds provider. One of the most well known and popular sportsbook (Sportsbet.io) use the same odds provider. There is a difference between the UI of them, and Blackjack.fun team haven't added all the sports event on their site. I haven't given a deep look into the availability of all the major leagues yet.

I just visited blackjack.fun sports betting section, because I was sure I could give many examples here.

I used a VPN and the webpage loaded perfectly. I am sure I could see the events without using VPN and with my real IP address in the past.

The sports betting on blackjack.fun has improved a lot since the last time I had checked it.

i have to say, i'm not a fan of this. i'm not sure how others, but imo, there should only be one option, and that the highest RTP version of the slot.

About the issue with sports. Some countries are restricted by certain odds provider so that might be the problem there. Same with some game providers at the casino part. I rarely encounter this problem with my IP on sports but with some providers casino wise I have seen the same and got a banned region info.

it's not a visual bug, if you check the RTP in game for each one individually, it will be the same as the screenshots i shared.

If you notice they make changes every month $1000 wager for 2000 BJF - $1000 wager for 1000 BJF - $2000 wager for 1000 BJF  and now $5000 wager for 1000 BJF can you guess for next month? maybe $10k wager for 1000 BJF will continue to increase until the tokens mined out. Another strange thing is that each user may get a different ratio 120 BJF for $1000 wager or as you said 1000 BJF for 500 wager but slowly all users will get the same ratio.

From the start we already knew that hunting BJF with wager was definitely not worth it I mean it's more efficient to buy on the exchange but if we consider it as just a side reward, it's fine. I'm not hunting for this token anymore moreover there is no update from the BJF.fun team.
