Juventus, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich managed to win their first matches in the Champions League exactly as I predicted Juventus won with a score of 3:1 Bayern Munich won with a score of 9:2 and Real Madrid won with a score of 3:1 all of them performed extraordinarily especially Bayern Munich who seemed to be celebrating goals in that match I think this season will be a pretty tight season for the top clubs in the Champions League competition this time.

Meanwhile Milan suffered a defeat at home against Liverpool luckily I didn't include these clubs in my betting slip because I think matches between elite clubs are very difficult to predict.

Just as Juventus, Real Madrid and FC Bayern Munich won their Champions League first match, Aston Villa, who are back in the Champions League after a long time, also won their first match. The Milan versus Liverpool match missed my expectations, previously I predicted there would not be many goals in the match between the two teams but I thought Liverpool would win. Yes, Liverpool won the match but beyond my expectations. Arne Slot brought his team very well at the San Siro home of Milan, even though they were behind at the beginning of the match, the mentality of the Liverpool players did not waver and were able to return the score. Uniquely, the two goals scored by Liverpool were through headers from their defenders and the last goal was created by Dominik. There is a piece of bad news for PSG while we are close to the first match of the Champions League in this season. It seems they won't be able to use their goalkeeper Donnarumma against Girona.
Girona was a good team in the last season and they had a good performance in La Liga which made this team in the Champions League while they didn't have superstar players like Real Madrid and Barcelona in La Liga. Now this will be more challenging for them to play against a team like PSG while I think they are lucky because their goalkeeper Donnarumma is injured.

It seems that the injury is not serious, a muscle strain, but I see that Donnarumma will miss today's match with Girona. Liverpool conceded the goal in just 3 minutes. And I thought it would be very difficult for Liverpool to make a comeback in this match. Because after going 1-0 up, AC Milan played a completely defensive strategy. In the first half, I don't see Milan making any more strong attacks. However, Liverpool team was lucky, as well as Liverpool players performed well. Therefore, in the first half, Liverpool's two defenders, Konate and Van Dijk, were able to take the lead.

Yes it was a great match for Real Madrid and they won by 3-1 margin against VFB Stuttgart. I already expected such goals from them even before the match started. The truth is that Bayern has been dominanting the smaller team for long and it quite impressive no one has dropped them down even ones. We just have to wait for the next match. But they shouldn't relent on their push as it's still a game and they don't know when the coins would flip on them.

Real Madrid never won with any big margin if you are talking about winning with big margin it was Bayern Munich against Dinamo Zagreb that ended 9-2 in favour of Bayern Munich.
For it was just a 2 zero different the match ended 3-1 against Stuttgart and not 3-0, Stuttgart scored a goal in that match and it wasn't easy for the Real Madrid team as the first half of the game ended in a goalless draw if not that Stuttgart miss there chances in the first half of the game they would have already won Real Madrid in the first half they played very well in that particular game despite losing 3-1 I never believed that Stuttgart will play so fantastic in that game, if not for a late goal from Rudiger and Endrick that game would have ended with a 1-1 draw both team played very well though but the Real Madrid has to show a masterclass in that game and prove that they are still the champions when it comes to the UEFA Champions league game and ended to game with a 3-1 win.

What a great night it was! A superb start to the new format.    Watching 11 goals in even only one match was insane and it wasn't a boring night in general as well. We watched at least 2 goals in every match played.

Milan v Liverpool attracted my attention the most. Because you would remember those epic finales here in the 2004/05 and 2006/07 seasons. I'm glad to have watched this match because it was a delightful one. Milan's scoring an early goal didn't end up well for them.    I placed a bet on Liverpool win too so it made me extra happy. Because you know, Milan started the season really badly so it was hard to trust them not to lose.

The entire scenario of the match changed at the beginning of the second half. Mbappe scored a goal within seconds at the start of the second half. Maybe Real Madrid scored the goal within 40 seconds. Funny thing about this game is that Bayern scored 3 goals but then conceded 2 goals and it looked like the game would be balanced. But then Bayern started scoring more goals. It was a crushing victory.

An injury and absence of a key player is always bad news for all clubs but PSG as a big and rich club with so huge money spent for player transfers over years, need to have a deep squad and have enough alternative star players to replace their main players.

If they don't have good replacement of Donnarumma or any star player, when a key player injured, they actually have big problems in their club development strategies and their Sports Director need to be fired. Injuries are unavoidable with all players but as a club, and especially a very rich club with abundant money, PSG have many good conditions to build up a very deep player resource, and can have two squads with nearly similar quality.

Champions League is a competition with highest level in Europe at club level and PSG ambitiously want to win this title in the last 20 years. They already got a chance to play 1 Champions League final but failed, and are fighting for another final match as well as opportunity to bring a first ever Champions League trophy to their club hall.

An important rule in football says: you must learn to take your chances when you have them, or you will get punished. I agree with you that Stuttgart played a very good football. At some point, I thought it was going to end in a draw, but Rmadrid wasn't going to let that happen. Rmadrid's performance this season hasn't impressed me much. I don't really know what's going on with them. I hope they are not planning on using the same approach where they play poorly from the beginning of a season, and ends the season in a a very fine form. Or maybe they are just trying to adapt to every game. I will be looking forward to watching their game against Liverpool. Maybe that will allow me rate their form this season.

I feel PSG playing without donnarumma who happens to be their first choice GK is a big blow to them. This is UCL. But, PSG might just be taking all 3 points, seeing that they already have the UCL experience, and also quality players among them.

What Real adds in the second half has become a remarkable feature for Real with Ancelotti, and the first half was really quite good from Stuttgart. But I think that few people doubted that Real would be able to beat Stuttgart at the Bernabeu. Juventus beat PSV quite easily, they looked much stronger than their opponent, and it is not clear what happened to them in the matches with Empoli and Roma, why their game is so different from match to match.

I only watched the Juventus vs PSV match and the Real Madrid vs VfB match. But it seems like I missed an exciting moment because I didn't watch the Bayern vs Dinamo Zagreb match which seemed to be very exciting.   Imagine there are 11 goals in one match, it will definitely make the match very lively. Harry Kane even scored 4 goals in that match. But 3 goals came from penalty kicks and one regular goal in the 57th minute.

A very interesting Champions League opener, because it presents so many big wins, Liverpool finally made Milan silent at home, Bayern Munich who did an extraordinary massacre saw their game very hungry for goals 9-2. Kompany continues to cook this team to be more frightening, and I can't wait to see Bayern Munich meet Barcelona because now Blaugana has a different squad that can be a revenge.

Madrid pocketed 3 points very well, especially their game in the second half was quite attractive as well as Stuttgart who could create dangerous opportunities but unfortunately Courtois was too strong to be penetrated. Endrick again he played 10+ minutes but his 1 goal showed that there was something special about him. Taking advantage of the short time to score a goal, a counterattack that was quite clever to guard the ball from the back line even though Vinicius' position was empty he decided to execute and produce a goal in the final minutes. Amazing I really appreciate this young player.

The opening match of the UCL really seemed quite lively with the number of goals scored in each match, making those of us who watched more enthusiastic and didn't feel bored at all. And hopefully today's match can be as lively as yesterday's match. Regarding Endrick, this young player seems to have very good potential as a talented striker. And maybe in the future he will be relied on much more in Real Madrid's attack line. With him still being 18 years old, I think he still has a long way to go and he still has a lot of time to prove his quality in attack.

The match I am most looking forward to today is the Manchester City vs Inter Milan match. I think the meeting of these two strong clubs will be very lively and will feel like a final. Inter Milan, the champion of Serie A, against Manchester City, the champion of the Premier League, will be a match that will definitely be exciting to watch. But I don't dare to bet on the superiority of one of the teams in this match. Because it's quite risky.
