To be honest, right from when the fixtures were made I had underrated Arsenal that they will not survive it in the hands of Real Madrid. I guess my strong believe on Madrid's influence and experience in the champions league competition blinded my sense of judgement. Arsenal in this first leg didn't just win with a cleansheet but won ball possession, shots on goal. It's still unbelievable to my eyes that Madrid couldn't reply the goals. They underestimated Arsenal, I saw them smiling in the tunnel before the game, while Arsenal players kept a serious face. Arsenal played without fear and that was why they won. I am happy for them because it was a well deserved win. Young Lewis Skelly, outplayed Rodrygo, I did not even notice hi in the game, Partey was the dominant player in midfield. The two free kicks by Declan Rice was crazy I mean I couldn't believe he will score the two free kicks even if someone told befor he play... Yes, the second match is in Spain, but it seems very difficult to turn the match around. Because I think Arsenal will defend like a rock. The second half of the game was where we saw the actual brilliance of Arsenal,  in the first half they didn't perform so well but they had some good chances which they did missed but they weren't brilliant enough,  winning  at the end if the game was the most important thing so for Arsenal  all that matters was the winning and they got three goals along side the victory.

Indeed the celebration isn't complete just yet until after they must have played at Madrid's home in Spain, I trust Madrid to the point that even after the 2nd goal in today's game I did expected a come back but they will have a chance to get that done in their next meeting at their home in Spain.
