You have said it all. Yesterday was the first time that I have seen Arsenal fight and win an important match with all determination. Look at how Arsenal played Madrid as if they're a mediocre team and they couldn't do anything but to accept the shame and disgrace.

I don't see any hope for Madrid in the second leg because it's like a mission impossible for them since Arsenal wouldn't just sit down fold their arms and watch Madrid win them by scoring four goals without retaliating back. I can't wait to see Arsenal in the semifinals.

That is the beauty of the game, no matter how much one wishes to determine the future outcome you just can’t but I am trusting Arsenal to replicate same performance in Spain and send Madrid out of the champions league. It will still seem unlikely to some but it might happen.

Defeating Real Madrid's last outing made it predictable to as where this season is leading to and what the chance for Asernal in this season, I can see a lot of Arsenal fans celebrating already seeing that Real Madrid is out of the way is a big relief and a build of hopes that Asernal may likely test the Trophy once again after a long period since holding the trophy.

The results of the first leg match were completely unexpected, a total of 14 goals were scored in these 4 matches. Arsenal, who previously had doubts about winning over Real Madrid, finally proved that they could beat the defending champions, two of which were fantastic and beautiful goals from Declan Rice. I don't think Aston Villa can give the same surprise as Arsenal did, it's quite difficult for Aston Villa to get 3 points at PSG home ground although I also don't think it's impossible.

Will it not be interesting if Aston Villa can somehow pull up the same surprising results as arsenal did, if the two English teams scale pass this phase of the competition it would mean that it will be arsenal against Aston Villa in the semifinals of this competition and Aston Villa would have very good chance of qualifying for the finals of the Champions League because according to statistics their coach has a very good record against Arsenal over the couple of seasons they've played. The result from the Premier League can translate to the Champions League and that could give Aston Villa the first ever Champions League. From what I can see PSG is just in the way of this.

Aston Villa’s 3-1 loss last night to PSG has dented any hopes of an Arsenal vs Aston Villa semi final tie because with these huge advantage PSG have in hand I doubt Aston Villa will be able to come back from it, even at Villa park. PSG are in a very good form and looking back at their performance so far I think they will advance to the next rounds over Aston villa.

Once more Barcelona have proven that they are a giant when it comes to competing on European big stage as they annihilated Dortmund last night. They left Dortmund totally powerless and helpless. I think my biggest surprise is knowing that John Oliver is a Liverpool fan. In hindsight, it shouldn't be a surprise considering his background, but I only heard about that when Liverpool won the UCL, iirc. It makes sense to know more about them whenever they go through the UCL knock-out phase or even win it because the algorithm pushes their tweets/social media posts to us. Barcelona is a good team, they've shown a high level of superiority against Dortmund, the victory and the goals was as if Barcelona was encountering a lower team, though in terms of football, Barcelona got a good history against Dortmund, so there's no way I was expecting anything aside Barcelona winning them but what surprised me was the number of goals involved, 4:0 is too much for a team like Dortmund, it is now obvious that they go nothing to do in the second leg just as you've said already.
I think Dortmund should go and prepare for next season that's if they'll qualify, with the look of things, there's no way Barcelona will be allowing them to equalize such number of goals and also win as the case may be unless they'll be doing some magic, personally I think Barcelona may even go to the finals, if they continue this way, football is about consistency and I believe Barcelona manager knows that already.

That 4-0 win against Dortmund was honestly such a solid and beautiful game from Barcelona. They showed really sharp, clean ball control, smooth passes, smart decisions, and total control of the tempo. Lewandowski was on fire too, bagging two goals and playing like a real team player. He could’ve easily gone for a hat-trick, but instead, he stayed calm, unselfish, and focused on making the right plays. If only the younger guys like Yamal, Fermin, and the rest could pick up on that with less emotional, more composed, and knowing when to pass instead of forcing it, it would seriously take Barcelona level up a notch.

Mbappe could be frustrated by the incident because PSG was able to win when he was no longer in the squad, besides that he had to accept a crushing defeat by the Arsenal team in the Champions League which made Real Madrid's chances of qualifying for the next round very slim. It will be a very big misfortune for Real Madrid this season if actually they didn't qualify for semifinals because champions league is suppose to be real Madrid dwelling place because over the years it has been there own, no team to challenge them but it is looking different this season. Beating Arsenal 3:0 or 4:0 in there home doesn't look possible or easy because Arsenal have seen there pattern of play.
