What you say is correct, indeed when you win, the temptation to continue betting becomes stronger so it is not surprising that many of them find it difficult to withdraw the winnings they have obtained, they tend to continue gambling even though they have won. and maybe that happens because they get so carried away that they can't stop when they win. If my $100 grow up to $500, I might try to quit for a moment, and then will go back and gamble after a few days. Now if my $100 goes down to $10, I will not save the remaining money and will gamble it until I lose it all. In the end, I will lose it all at some point in time.

But turning 100 into 500 aint easy. Really hard will be to do it with one or two bets.
