BC has active campaign going on the forum I believe you can also drop your complaint on their Ann thread their btt representative can pick it up from there to attend to you. I believe your winnings were huge and it's always hard to withdraw from any site when huge amount most of them could start manipulation your kyc process till your account is permanently closed down and you lose all your winnings back to the casino.
Some casinos can be that dubious for sure, but I honestly expect that bc.game should already have gotten above the level they would Want to engage themselves in such dealings, though I understand that when ever money is involved, some people heading the affairs of large platforms like this lose their minds and sense if reasoning, totally forgetting that in the end, integrity and reputation is what really matters.

I personally believe that as long as it's bc.game that this customer have issues with, rest assured that it will be resolved, and he will get his money regardless the amount, and another casino I trust this much is Stake and Rollbit, all this are big casinos that should find it difficult to pay out big winnings, to the extent they will have to decend so low to using kyc as a way to manipulate the gambler who won money.

Account locked due to fake KYC is something rare to happened because KYC verification will just reject the documents if it doesn’t within the documents standards rather than branding them as fake identity.

You can do multiple attempts on KYC until you succeed. I’ve don 5 times attempt on some casino KYC before I notice that the ID I’m sending is already expired few weeks ago which is the result of declined on my ID.

The sad part on most KYC procedures of casino was they don’t give clear reason why the ID was declined unless you escalated your issue with their support due to your multiple failure attempts.

Incorrect! This sort of stuff happens now and then since very few have the guts to try and fake their documents in order to stay anonymous while most people prefer submitting their legit documents.

Most of these cases are due to the casino KYC teams who are totally brainless and nitpick every single thing pointlessly before accepting the documents. Think!

Fake KYC shouldn't be tolerated, isn't that a way of cheating? Fake KYC shouldn't be tolerated, isn't that a way of cheating? He means that casino doesn`t tell you something like "You account banned due to fake KYC". They just reject you with verification.
And one more important thing that @Coin_trader marked - the support doesn`t write the reason of reject. I was with the same situation with the bank - i send them my id several times and couldn`t understand what`s wrong until visited them. The problem was in pencil mark on one page.

Hello i am currently living in Ukraine, after winning some bets i got a notification from BC GAME to complete advanced KYC. I tried 1 time with my national passport, in Ukraine we have a book format of passport. After submitting everything i got a notification that my KYC is failed for not even mentioning a reason. I opened a chat with support and they reseted my KYC and i tried again. Second attempt was with my foreign passport and again i failed. Is it a way that can help me to finish KYC process ?

        -     I have a passport, and in my understanding, once we have a passport, our passports are automatically international documents. It seems like I just heard now, or maybe I'm just not aware, that there is still something called a national passport.

Now, I wonder why the passport you gave was declined even though it is a foreign passport. Why is there something in their terms that the passport is not allowed in their KYC op? I'm just asking this because I'm also just wondering.

You can do multiple attempts on KYC until you succeed. I’ve don 5 times attempt on some casino KYC before I notice that the ID I’m sending is already expired few weeks ago which is the result of declined on my ID.

The sad part on most KYC procedures of casino was they don’t give clear reason why the ID was declined unless you escalated your issue with their support due to your multiple failure attempts.
Fake KYC shouldn't be tolerated, isn't that a way of cheating? Of lately there have been lot's of complaints coming from BC games players of their accounts being banned or suspended. Of lately there have been lot's of complaints coming from BC games players of their accounts being banned or suspended. I am curious as why all of a sudden all these complaints coming at the same time is it that the casino is facing internal issues or something else. Because these complaints can not just be coming at the same time from different users of their platform. I think all is not well with the casino or possibly they have updated their terms and conditions of service.

BC Game have been existing for long now and are amongst the reputable casinos you can find here. So far the recent outbursts and complaints of her users is becoming too much. I think they should look into resolving their issues with their customers amicably.

First of all OP didn't comeback and explained what's the status after his initial accusation, there can be two possibilities one is everything is sorted out so he just left without mentioning here. Or else there could be some actual reason why his ID isn't passed the verification. But there's no point is speculating it further unless OP let's know the current situation.

Every casino has similar accusations irrespective of their reputation but most of the time users will be at the fault but they just want to blame the casino for violation of terms.

We all should be used to KYC by this poiint. It is more likely to be found on larger an well known sites and frankly one woul suspect if not found on this occasion. At the same time all sites should be warned agains using KYC for other purposes than legal compliance or they will eventually make a quick stolen buck but loose aall their marketing efforts for just that little.

The best answers that i could get from the casino were like "your account was banned due to ToS" or "we reject your KYC due to ToS" and in ToS was something like "the casino can ban you without any reasons". And you can`t do anything with it.
PS. When i began to win casinos KYCed me and even after KYC i`ve got decreased bet limits or some other critical restrictions. If i remember right, it was just two casinos without it.
The best thing to do is to get sign up in another casino maybe after you have succeeded pulling out your fund, you know restriction is something that is very common in casino or gambling site because when the often see regular winning from the site through your account and you are not kyc they will feel that you are maneuvering games to get winning. That is why when gambling we should look out for better site to use and bet, although I actually trust BC but I can't tell whose fault.
Yes, i can`t say something bad about my experience with BC. It is just common situation for the casinos. And that`s why i change casinos or create new account, registered on my wife or brother. I`d like to play without these registrations, but some casinos give more events and odds and i prefer to use such of them.
