Is there still a weekly fb in this pool? Just wondering cause I haven't been following along that much recently.

All freebets were still being honored as far as I knew but if sportsbet is no longer accepting bitcoin deposits then it will be hard for them to honor the rest of the season. DireWolfM14 do you have any info regarding this?

I guess Jeremypwr can also help to confirm about this as he's the one told me that I can receive the weekly freebet reward last I won. I don't know if that will be the last weekly reward..

Well, I looked at every single game this week pretty thoroughly. Am looking for a bounce back after 2 pretty shit weeks. Meanwhile my lead has shrank to 1. Congrats to everyone who picked New England to cover this week, which was about half the league. That was a real close one... it doesn't actually get any closer than that. I had picked Jets to cover +13 in another thread and that ended up being a push.

I feel pretty good about tomorrow, let's see how it goes. Good luck to all players.

That Washington game was a shit show my goodness, worst part is I had Miami at first and changed it.

Most people did a bit better this week than weeks previous, with half our league getting 8 or more picks so far. I shouldn't be giving away secrets but there is some lag between the odds on Sleeper and the current odds. Sometimes there are big discrepancies, and I think (not 100% certain as I never checked the math) using that to your advantage can really help. That's a little tip for y'all (I think its a tip).

We have 1 more game to go. Seems like Cowboys should have an easy win but I dunno, Raiders have been looking less terrible recently, and its a home game for them.

Congratulations, many of us scored 10, but you were the only one who got 11. It's bad that due to the regulations you can't use the free bets. In week 6 I won 2 free bets, they are still giving out free bets in the pools.

Anybody else taking the Texans to cover +5.5 today? I have no idea what's gonna really happen but it is a home game for them and the Bills could just win by a field goal (Bills most likely will win, but by how much...).

I'm just barely holding on to my lead.. This is honestly the best I've done in any sort of pick'em competition like this. I've been fortunate enough to have the free time to really investigate each game. Some games I think are locks but that's not always the case.. each game requires a careful look. Some of the things I look at in each game are:

- injuries
- offensive / defensive mismatches
- field / weather conditions

in that order, basically.

Somewhat amazingly, only 3 people picked Houston to cover, whereas 19 picked Bills. The other person was Hueristic. The line is supposed to be a 50/50 toss up -- granted -2.5 seemed low for the Bills while the real spread was -4.5 by gametime. I usually wouldn't pick a team when the spread moves in this direction, but the Texans have been on a tear recently and actually defeated the Bills in their previous matchup, as well.

Well, probably the worst round so far for me, even though there are still several games remaining, though it seems I won't be the last one of us still hoping to stay in the competition (Pool), since there are already several scores of zero on the picked's. Anyway, a good run next weekend and we'll be back in the top 10.

BTW (Bills) I didn't make my pick for Thursday's game in time, they were going to be my choice anyway, I think that was one a bit surprise

For those not in the know, Thanksgiving is a sacred American Holiday on which at least 1 or 2 NFL games are played. This week there's 3 games on Thanksgiving plus one additional game tomorrow, so don't forget to get your picks in if you haven't yet.

On that note These guys already played for the season and Packers won, but Lions defence has been getting hurt a lot in the past few weeks.
That's why I decided to go with Packers aside from them being my fav team but their defence has been good, still have time but it's not looking all that good especially with St.Brown now out for the rest of the game.
