This is the best result so far, the big teams were able to pull out victory in other to move into the next chapter of this competition. Arsenal started very wrongly which honestly i was a bit saddened after seeing their progress for the manner at which they started. Despite how little the competition might be compared to any other League, it is still relevant to make use of the opportunity to win and add more trophies to the cabin, the come back from Arsenal was truly deserving.

Arsenal managed to qualify after they almost lost the match. It was really a poor start but it ended in a great way for them. Arteta gamble with the game initially but was lucky to turn things around in the second half with a well deserving substitution. The problem with Arteta and most of the English team coach is that they play players out of their preferred or known position and thereby making the player to struggle unnecessarily.

Arteta should returned Partey to midfield and while searching for real striker coming January, Gabriel should be first considered before sluggish Havertz. Gabriel Jesus has been doin really well for arsenal and with his current form and his ability to getting an hattrick for his team, it is just what they needed at this time to progress into the next round of the competition. it is almost becoming certain that Gabriel Jesus must always score in most of arsenal games and even though they were down in the first half, the mentality was  there that they will certainly come back into the game. the tournament will still get more tough going forward with a lot of big teams still in the race.
