I'm going to watch this one especially for the sake of BSFL. I'm supporting Chelsea in this match but I know how hard their job will be. Still their second half performance against Manchester City looked promising. Maybe they can even win this one.

I'm concerned how i will be able to makeup watching this game, there is an AFCON semi final between my country and the host country, the both matches are set to begin the same time, which am i dropping for the other.

Since the EFL Cup has two legs to be played, i look forward to the outcome, while i watch live the AFCON semi final. I don't know what the new Chelsea coach will be upto in the game, how is he going to hold down Arsenal at least a draw or win since it is home played.

Yeah, it was quite a hard luck for Newcastle united yesterday they had a great opportunity to get a draw against Manchester city, but all the chances were totally waisted. It was an incredible performance from Semenyo because it's not easy to play first match for a team and start scoring goal, this has really shown that he would help Manchester city achieve a better result this season because as is stance now they are just waiting for Arsenal or Chelsea in the final. Which for sure we don't know the winner yet, but I'm pretty sure that bettors would like to go with Arsenal in this match due to Chelsea inconsistency.

I never expected this Newcastle team to go through on both legs against Manchester City, so I wasn't really surprised by the outcome of the game, even though they tried to put in a good fight.
In the reverse fixtures of this encounter, the best result Newcastle United can get is a draw, which will still take Manchester City to the final, so it's really a big mountain to climb for this Newcastle United team if they are to stand a chance to make it to the finals.

As for the Chelsea vs arsenal game, it's going to be fierce and competitive, but if I will be gambling on this game, I will be going with the option of XorGG since the chances of both teams scoring each other or drawing this game are high.

Luckily for Arsenal, today's game is against Chelsea, who have a new manager who caused Chelsea to lose their last game against Fulham. Therefore, in my opinion, I see Arsenal winning this game. Chelsea has a good squad, but they don't yet have a good manager, at least that's what I'm seeing.

Maybe you are not an African, which could be the reason why you dont watch the AFCON, because the derby match is not enough reason for you to watch the Chelsea vs Arsenal game.

Hope you are aware, this is two leg game. Chelsea will be playing at home today, while Arsenal will be playing at home in the second leg. If you dont watch the game today, you can always watch the second leg, which is still a London derby. The AFCON semi-final is just once.

However, They may find difficulty to seal the game considering Chelsea will be going all in to secure a spot in final.

That’s right but right now it’s halftime and none of the teams have scored again since the earlier goal from Arsenal and Arsenal are away this time meaning the second leg will be in the Emirate stadium at Arsenal’s home..that an advantage for Arsenal and I think even if they were able to win this match with just one goal and played very well at home then they can move to the finals.

City already have one foot in the final and they deserve to, they were clearly the better side and should have won 3-0 if not for the worst VAR decision ever ruling out Semenyo's second strike of the night. That said, Pep's men are expected to finish the job at the Etihad in the second leg, it should be pretty straightforward from here on in.

I think it would be a City v Arsenal final and what a game it would be. The two teams going head to head for the EPL title, if they meet, then it would also give the winner a huge boost in the Premier league race, depending on their positions in the table then.

If Arsenal can score two goals in this match without Chelsea scoring any, I don't think that there's any magic that Chelsea can perform in the second leg that will give them to chance of going to the finals because Arsenal in form amd Chelsea isn't. Newcastle United are obviously the third best side in the Premier League Competition this season who have seen themselves winning more games at home than away. The least I expected of them was to be a draw but they did couldn't. Thanks to the back to back goals from Semenyo to open the deadlock on their behalf. And Good thing Arsenal won. At home, they have no other option but to remain loyal and win the game for their fans. The same goes to Manchester City and who will be at home during the next fixture.
