Arsenal scored two of the three goals after mistakes made by the Chelsea goalkeeper. I admit that Arsenal was slightly better and had shown a great performance, but the result would've been different if the Chelsea goalkeeper was good enough. Garnacho was in the right place at the right time and he scored two goals, but his shots were kinda weak and they could've been blocked by the defenders or the goalkeeper of Arsenal. I still believe that Arsenal is the favorite for reaching the final and winning the Carabao Cup and would bet a small amount of money on them. This is going to be their season, unless something weird happens in the upcoming months and their performance deteriorates.

If Chelsea's goalkeeper plays well, I think the result could be a draw because Chelsea's goalkeeper doesn't look very good, which means the ball could end up in Chelsea's net. In my opinion, Arsenal and Chelsea look evenly matched, but Arsenal is the team that can take advantage of opportunities. There is still the second leg of Chelsea vs. Arsenal. In my opinion, it is not certain that Arsenal will advance to the final because in the second leg, Arsenal could lose or concede many goals. So, in my opinion, no one knows whether Arsenal will advance to the final or not, but there is no harm in predicting that because, after all, Arsenal deserves to be favored to advance to the final. But anything can happen to Arsenal because a team's strength can fluctuate at times. However, if Arsenal loses in the second leg and concedes many goals against Chelsea, it will certainly be disappointing for Arsenal because they are so close to becoming champions if they can win in the upcoming second leg.

As you have rightfully said already, nothing is guaranteed yet, the game is still very open, why arsenal even won the game is because of the terrible defending from Chelsea, but that's football, but the reverse fixture of this game is where everything is going to be decided because Chelsea will try to do everything in their power to win this game convincingly, so that they can progress to the next round, but will that be possible?

That's what I can't tell for now because no one knows yet what may happen in that game, but as it stands now, arsenal are the clear favourite to progress to the finals of the carabao cup.

I think the teams that will progress to the final will br Manchester City and Arsenal,  because they both have the first leg advantage already, but this is football and anything can happen. I must also say that I was impressed by the way Chelsea played yesterday. I think if that can stick with the manager and they way they played against Arsenal,  I believe they will only improve and hopefully they can be a better team next season.

After the end of first leg games, chances are almost ended for Newcastle United and Chelsea to have spots into final because both Manchester City and Arsenal done good job and have their best in first leg games which gave them good advantage with win in away games.

Chelsea show good character in second half of the game but it is still a long way to go for them as per recent changes, things are looking not good enough for having win against big teams especially Arsenal which is doing impressive job in all competitions and have good chance of winning multi trophies. Manchester City is also doing good job and have enough chances for challenging Arsenal.

As for Arsenal, I think they'll have to fight harder because a win in the first match doesn't guarantee a place in the final. Chelsea will need to improve their defensive weaknesses, which will make the match more difficult. Arsenal have a one-goal advantage, and that makes me still favor Arsenal. Yes, I've said this because a result like this for Manchester City will certainly make them one step closer to reaching the final. With their win plus another away win this will certainly make them the finalists. However anything is still possible but it's difficult in my opinion.

In contrast to the match between Arsenal vs Chelsea where in the first meeting Arsenal was superior to Chelsea and this time even though they will be the host but the match that will take place at the Emirates Stadium is certainly still categorized as fierce because the Chelsea team still has a chance to advance to the final round but for Arsenal they still continue to fight considering that in the match they act as the host which means they will get high motivation of course because the spectators who will fill the Emirates Stadium want their team to win the title because with the advantage they achieved during the first leg match will make it easier for them to get to the final.

Both Newcastle and Chelsea will be playing away in their second legs which makes it difficult to win away for both sides. An epic comeback would have been possible for Chelsea if they had managed to end their first leg against Arsenal in a draw but losing at home is already an advantage for Arsenal who would want to dominate the game play at Emirate. As for City they are already in the finals because I don't see any possibilities of Newcastle scoring two goals at Etihad not to mention a possible comeback.

It is over for Chelsea and Newcastle. Newcastle need 0:3 victory against Manchester City at Etihad to qualify to the final. This is impossible because at Etihad, Manchester City must surely score. While as for Chelsea, we always know the result against Arsenal for the past 5 years at the Emirates. Chelsea may score, but  they cannot win Arsenal at the Emirate. Arsenal has never lost a single game at the Emirate, Aston Villa can attest to that. I believe Arsenal will win Chelsea also in the second leg to progress to the final. It will a final between Arsenal and Manchester City.

Manchester City football team easily won the match against Newcastle United football team because they tried to make match one sided .  The shots of Manchester City football team were 7 in this match And 4 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was 58 percent in this match. The shots of Newcastle United football team were 9 in this match and 3 shots were on target and possession percentage of that team was 42 percent in this match. The fouls of Manchester City football team were 11 in this And they tried but couldn't successful in their mission and fouls of opponent team were less in this match. Semenyo was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 53 minutes and after that goal we saw more goal in this match and Cherki was a person who did second goal of the match.

Honestly both matches were interesting, especially the London derby, it was a game that was blessed with goals and moments. This is very much like it, I can’t really remember when last I watched Arsenal vs Chelsea and it was this end to end. Arsenal are in that exact position they really want to be, having a lead in the first leg at Stamford bridge then kill it off at Emirate when Chelsea visits for the second leg. I still think Chelsea have that possibility of making it to the final but it will be a very difficult quest for them.

Comeback is a real thing, if even a weak team can make it happen, then nothing is impossible for a big team like Chelsea. They're unlucky, trailing on aggregate & play away in the second leg. Still, nothing is impossible. However, if there's a plan to bet, a sensible choice would be to pick Arsenal to advance to the next round.
