Welcome to the forum; it's good to have you here. I tried accessing the casino, and I like the design. I wanted to go a bit deeper, just as I do with other casinos, by creating an account and testing your service, but it appears that my country is not allowed to register in your casino. 
 
I even went as far as searching for the list of restricted countries in your terms of service, and I could not even see any available list. Even when I tried to make use of a VPN to create an account, access was still blocked.
 
Do you have a list of restricted countries that you can share with us, or do you automatically blacklist the countries not allowed to register in your casino?

The registration process is not smooth though it is not hard but what make it difficult is that the site doesn't accept make countries.

Casino decisions to restrict some countries from using their service are based on gambling laws in that country or on them trying to avoid fines from the country, which the best way to do that is not to provide service to their citizens, so if that's the case with this casino, it won't be easy for them to just unrestrict blacklisted countries; it will take some paper work, or they can just provide a temporary solution until they get approval from the country's regulators.

it's most likely has something to do with their license provider and the regulation they follow. one thing they could do if they want to cater to countries that are restricted on their main website is to create a mirror website that would allow gamblers from countries that are restricted on their main website to access and gamble on the mirror wesbite, a lot of casino do this and if they want to increase their target audience they could do what I just mentioned.

Welcome to the forum. The name of the casino is unique and pretty interesting. I instantly went to the site to try the games. After registering through my email address, when I click on the link, that is sent to my email address. It says verification failed. But after that, I was able to login with the username and password on the site normally. Does this happen to me only?

I also tried to deposit some balance in the casino. I was a bit sad to see that the minimum deposit amount is $30. I wanted to try with a small amount. I get it that due to the network fees, 30$ is kept as the standard minimum. But you need to also make an exception for lowering the minimum deposit amount for USDT and other alts. 

I hope you will consider my suggestions.

MonkeyTilt is a great name for a casino. I like entrepreneurs with a sense of humor. Maybe the people, who are gambling at your casino should be referred as "monkeys" and they might experience lots of tilts.
Your announcement thread looks decent enough(not great, not bad) and your casino accepts several fiat payment methods, which is good.
I don't see very often casinos that offer Paysafecard and Neosurf as payment methods. Maybe I'm way too focused on the 100% cryptocurrency casinos. 20000 games is a bit too bunch, but whatever, maybe more is better. Do you plan making and running a signature campaign on the forum?

Got to know about you from your signature campaign and you have hired one for the best managers on the forum therefore your campaign should be in good hands. Difficulties are definitely arising with registration, even with VPN it is not so simple. But when registering, you can see a list of countries from which registration is possible, so you just need to choose the one that is available in your VPN, and you can register.
