It's good community management by listening to user voice and put it into to do list of the team. First for list of ideas for consideration and discussion internally. Then the team can add it to todo list if it is possible to do and has potential to bring benefit to your business.

It won't be easy because even they are opening their gates, they have to work with Compliance team, lawyers and more to make sure that they won't accept users from areas that can bring sanction on their platform.

This will take a lot of time for them to keep updated with latest changes in OFAC list and more, as well as working with their partners, game providers to uplift any ban on any geographical areas in their restricted list.

It makes no sense for the casino to restrict many countries unless they have a valid legal reason or they want to target certain geographies only.

It is great that the team is still trying to add more countries so they don't have to worry about not being able to access the platform in easy way like not using VPN. I have created an account using a VPN but there's something I experienced which is not successfully activating my account. I think it's best for both the players and the platform. This means that they will have more players and those who can't access but want to access the platform will be able to play after all.

That's make sense, my country has some kind of gambling license provider too (since there are to of them for local and foreign) only for foreign gambling company which also required to not accept the country's local users.
