Sometimes I wonder how fun it must be to have so much money that you can use for gambling while you know you can afford to lose that money which means you are making high bets without any issues and just having fun while maybe making some money as well.

This thought came to mind when I visited the Casino section of MonkeyTilt and scrolled down to the section where bets are shown. I saw a user named Romster is making very high bets, almost $10,000 each bet in the Prive Lounge Blackjack 4 game. He was winning 2x in many of his bets and 1x in some. When I checked his stats, he had wagered $668k in just 86 bets. Isn't that crazy? 

Lol, it’s kinda funny because in the concept of gambling we still want profit in return even if we’re adviced to gamble wisely with what we can afford it’s obvious gamblers always want more and it okay. Like everyone is different depending on their income so it’s not surprising when a person use such amount most times you can tell they’re comfortable and doing perfectly fine, I have actually seen people go beyond this amount and they feel comfortable.

Only people who have a lot of money that can place the high bet so when we don't have that much money, we don't have to follow what they do. We can only place a bet that we can afford to lose to avoid the big lose because we never know when we can win but we can win anytime while gambling. So we don't have any choice except place a bet with small amount and trying to enjoy the games without think when we can win and let the luck comes to us. It is no surprise if we see some people can place a big bet many times because in gambling, many people can spend too big money than other people. When we check their statistics, we can be shocked to see how much money they already lost and win so we can get the lesson to always use the money we can afford to lose.

So ignore those feelings like you are in competition with other people since its no sense at all to look forward on what they are doing. Just focus on ourselves on how we can possibly prolong our gameplay since if we extend to many hour and our deposited amount is still there then for sure that we already gain what we are looking for.

Just be amaze on those people who place huge bet and don't replicate them since being greedy also envious is dangerous attitude for gamblers.

New features are a sure thing for the new platform, however, several upgrades and updates are required as discussed in the chat. If you have noticed, we still don't have a 2FA system implemented which is a very important security measure for any platform.

We will have the deposit and withdrawal page updated and modified as promised by the team in the chat above. I'm not sure but I believe they might also improve/upgrade the UI a little bit to make it look more elegant. I'm not saying it isn't good currently, but there is always room for improvement.

They might also have more details available about the native token and the airdrop and distribution structure with the new update. So there's so much coming up with the new platform.

2FA requirement from community is solid and need to be considered and developed then deployed by MonkeyTilt team.

However, it's worth to remind everyone that 2FA is not a perfect solution or tool to secure your account. Your account security depends on many things like
How you set up your account password, your email password.
Did you set up 2FA for your email?
How did you keep your 2FA and email and account access on different devices. At least 2FA should not be on a same device where you log in your email and your platform account.

2FA is helpful and maximizes its support in security, if you use 2FA properly.

You are right and that is what I did so far when I playing gambling. I don't spend big amount of money to gamble and adjust my allocation money for playing gambling. I am a bit worry if I see my losses become big so there is no other way for me to prevent that with limitation although I often to break my limit

But after all, so far my gambling activity is under control and I don't lose too much money. Only small money to playing gambling and that is okay for me.

These might be good, but since most people use Google Authenticator for storing their 2FA tokens, most platforms and apps use that as well. I believe that will be an easier choice and the majority will agree to this because if you already have Google Authenticator, you would want to use that for a new platform instead of having to download another authenticator app for only one platform.

Talking about security, I was thinking that maybe there could be another thing implemented as well. It's called a Fund Password. I have seen it in most of the centralized exchanges. It's basically a password or a PIN that you set which you can use when you are making transactions such as withdrawals. Maybe adding this along with 2FA can be a great addition. Just a suggestion, it's up to the team to decide.

This is not a big deal like anyone can go for what’s best besides Google Authenticator is pretty good but going for something else all depends on what’s available. Let’s watch what the project team will decide concerning the 2FA application.

It’s kinda interesting for security purpose and I think it’s good aside other centralized platform, this idea is so common in most platforms including exchange, banking platforms etc it’s either an ID or PIN. I fully know the team knows what’s best and they’re doing every possible best to create a good platform for everyone.

If things always work like this, we would have not had Bitcoin like now. Because in 2009, 2010, 2011, there was no reason to add Bitcoin as a payment method on any platform, if the train of thinking is like yours.

If we have something better, we can provide it together with Google Authenticator, and let users freedom to make their choices. Better a platform and have its academy with articles to educate their users about basics of the platform, security and more. If a platform has an educational academy like this, I see it is a plus of the platform to attract new users. People will have a platform, products to use and they will also find available educational resources for learning, I am sure many people will like it.

A fund password is a good extra layer of security, once set, you must enter your password before making any withdrawal. However, correct me if i am wrong, but i have not seen this feature in a casino, right? If centralized exchanges can do this, gambling sites can do this too. Technically it's not different but correct me if I am wrong, that not all centralized exchanges have this feature.

This feature is less used on gambling sites and as I know, I've never seen anyone mentioning this feature on casino websites. If it is actually not existing on many casino websites, MonkeyTilt platform can be a first casino company deploys it on their online platforms, to help customers secure their accounts and funds better.

Definitely crazy especially when you are someone who is not even earning what he is betting. If you think about it, $10k is an amount that a lot of people myself included would not even think to gamble. If I had $10k, I would use it to pay bills and buy myself some good investment properties. Even if you tell me that I can double it, I am not in the socioeconomic class to spend this much on gambling

If you think about it, $10k is an amount that a lot of people myself included would not even think to gamble. If I had $10k, I would use it to pay bills and buy myself some good investment properties. Even if you tell me that I can double it, I am not in the socioeconomic class to spend this much on gambling   

Me neither, but as they say, someone's lunch might cost more than someone's salary. On one side, some people might not be able to imagine spending that much money on gambling, and on the other side, someone might be having fun with that amount because they might have substantial wealth and this amount might not even make a dent in it.

We will never know if that user is doing this only for fun or maybe he is also making money through this. Maybe some people just loaned this money and they are using it to gamble. There are always backstory in all of these.

It's understandable if someone is spending that much money on gambling if they can afford to do it, but if someone is doing it to earn money and the money has been borrowed, that is a very bad idea because gambling can often times be brutal to gamblers. We have seen and heard of people committing suicide only because they lost more money than they could afford in gambling.

That should not be an issue. Review can be done at any time when the company is ready. Now you are a participant of the casino, you can also give your perspective of casino. If you are promoting something, you have to know the basic knowledge of what you are promoting so that if any argument at somewhere, you can defend yourself and also explain how it is. Those are ll part of the review of the casino. Even though you are not participating in their services but the basic knowledge is needed.
That is how I see it. And be patient, if they want to do the review it will come and if they cancel it then continue your good work of promoting it. And those who have used the casino has already known how is it. And I think the casino is nice and nobody has complained about it.

Hey guys. It seems that we are having very little activity in this thread for some reason. I have an idea, if you guys like it, you can think about it and maybe it will boost the activity.

Usually, when there are giveaways or promotions, gamblers tend to take a lot of interest in them. So, if there is some activity for everyone to participate in and possibly win some free bets or maybe some in-game coins, etc. I think this will bring way more attention to the thread. Gamblers from around the forum will visit and participate if it doesn't require spending anything, but even if it does and the reward looks good, people might still participate.

I'm sure you guys can come up with something interesting, maybe a quiz, or some puzzle, or anything that can be fun and engaging at the same time.

It is normal, if there is no current subject of discussion, the thread can be quiet sometimes, no big deal, the gambling doesn't happen here after all, it is on the website. We are all waiting on the new platform, which will accommodate more users from different countries, i believe there'll be more discussions when the new platform launches.
