I hate it when that happens. This is another reason why I think MonkeyTilt is going to give tough competition to other platforms if they keep working on the casino because as you said, most casinos wouldn't tell you that you are accessing the platform or trying to create an account from a restricted region so that you can go ahead, create an account, make a deposit, and once you do all that and possibly win something, as soon as you try to withdraw your winnings, they will either ask you to verify your identity and then say you are from a restricted region, or they will directly say that your IP address is from a restricted region, and your account will possibly get blocked or frozen.

Just don't let a user have an account on your platform if you know they are from a region you have blacklisted or restricted. It's as simple as that.

Restricted countries aren't able to access the site but will be able to use the site using VPN and also able to create an account although after activation, it always shows error just like what happened to mine although the account is created and I haven't checked it to this day to see if it's blocked. I'll check it soon and post here if it's blocked or not and by the way, I didn't depo anything to my account as it is risky since my country is restricted in the website.

Much better. Reputation is much more important than the few hundred dollars a casino might earn by not informing a user that they are accessing the platform from a restricted region and then they are denied withdrawals, the funds stay in the account for about 6 months or so and then they close the account and take the funds.

Fair anough mate, that is very transparent and potential customers will know from the beginning if their region is restricted or not. I have been following this topic from page one, and i must commend MonkeyTilt for being very transparent about everything, especially when they say that their first line of action in any case is to err on the side of paying the customer first, and then ask question and take decisions later. I agree with you there and there's no denying that there are casinos that are like that where people live in a country where it is restricted in their website and yet allows them to access the website without VPN and also able to create an account and deposit then after winning is they ban the player because of it (from restricted country). Monkeytitl doesn't allow people to fully access the website and register if you are not using VPN although using VPN will let you create an account and access the website but as I have explained before, activating your account will always shows error (might be on my end - who knows) but the account that is created can be log on to the platform (VPN must still be used).

I love how things are being handled despite the complaints concerning restricted countries, we’ve seen several comment as such when people try to talk down on any casino probably they had no information about the rules and requirements. Is it like there's an update that would remove my country from their blacklist or I'm just unlucky not to be registered.
I was quite surprised that my country is in the option of country to select from but it's tagged with a Blacklist.
And if something could be done in the homepage interface in respect to mobile phone

Probably it's a bug that MonkeyTilt needed to be fixed, your country shouldn't be there to display in the first place or the other way around — to remove in their blacklist.
You can check your country's gambling laws to make sure MonkeyTilt decision is correct or should be updated.

I was going to ask the same question.
I have never had any problems accessing or playing on any casino because of georestrictions. My country is not on the restriction list of any crypto service I came across, and I have used many of them.
I just hope the list of allowed countries they are planning to add on the new version is not final and they are planning to extend it even more as I can’t see my country on it.
