I have seen your thread, but I am currently on a long trip. Honestly a few months ago there was a similar case that was successfully resolved, but it took time due to document verification. I hope you continue to share updates and check your email regularly. Additionally the official Razed representative, @waltrazed, has been inactive for quite some time.

The verification attempt was rejected again. Once again, the reason given was unclear. “The bank statement cannot be matched.”  But the name is on it.
I’m supposed to upload the files in RAW format. The system response: we only accept .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .heic. 

I’ve never had such problems with a bookmaker before. I’d love to report something positive. But right now, I can only warn to play at Razed. There are also other cases like this on BitcoinTalk.

I'm still playing at Razed, and my account is secure. My deposits are secure, withdrawals are secure, and everything is fine. There's no reason to stop playing. I believe that as long as you play honestly, your funds aren't listed as suspicious, and you haven't violated any terms and conditions, the casino has no right to withhold your balance. Unless the user is doing something wrong but isn't aware of it or simply refuses to admit it, I wouldn't be surprised if the casino asks for KYC.

By pay slip, they want to know the source of your funds, it doesn't mean that you should be a salaried person in the first place. So why not submit your proof of funds that you gained through your business, as you have told that you're self-employed.
They just need your proof of funds, just satisfy them with your legal documents and hopefully you're good to go.

It's like a standard that documents that are older than 6 months are not accepted generally and it is used as a standard of document validity by governments and companies too. It's like many things can be changed in 6 months and if you submit an older than 6 months document, it possibly provided your past status while it is no longer true now.

I completely understand that. The documents are too old. What I don’t understand, however, is this: I had sent a bank statement that included proof of my stock portfolio. It was accepted, but I was told I needed to provide further proof.
And the other options were crazy. Divorce papers, home sales, etc. It probably could have been resolved with a pay stub. But I didn't have one at the time.

Unfortunately, Celtics won this game against OKC though. It was still very close and I thought that the Thunder has the momentum down the stretch. But Jaylen Brown was clutch and so is White.

If you are not updated of the schedules of the games for NBA, they're listed on their website and some other sports websites too which you can easily search on google.

But if you're better with the football schedules, that's much better if you stick around with it.
