how cunning the casino is in deceiving its customers, indirectly they have reduced the reputation of their casino, we very often ignore the TOS that applies in each casino, but the casino uses it to deceive its customers
There have been cases where casinos have changed the ToS without any notice... but it doesn't go unnoticed for too long, someone on this forum notices and lets everyone else know. Some casinos have twisted rules for their bonuses at the very beginning, but that's their choice and right to make everything how they want, just like we players have the right to look for a better casino that offers us more.
After all, if the conditions are bad, the casino will not attract players, or if there are players, they will slowly go to other places.
This is precisely why some casinos are more successful than others, they offer more features and better conditions.
True. Some people say "Casinos never fail". Wrong. There have been tons of failed casinos throughout the history of gambling. All of them either had bad ToS or they were changing their ToS without any notice. Such casinos don't attract much customers and that's why they fail losing all the money invested in the business.
I prefer to hold the belief that casinos don't fail, the evidence is all around us but it's just a general belief. However, in general/wider view, there are exceptions, companies can fail, it even happens where success is most feasible, it's always like that, and this could be for many reasons, which is not limited to your claim of the ToS. As a fact, the issue of the ToS is even the least of the reasons why casinos could fail because many of them are changing the ToS regularly and are still doing well. I believe that lack of resources, poor marketing, unprofessionally (service and creation) and poor management are major factors for the failure.
