I can't argue that I've seen this with a few casinos like I said earlier but the majority of the casinos I played with did not require that so long as you do not subscribe for any bonuses. There is nothing that anyone can do to give you back your $900 because you must stick to the request of the casino before you can withdraw your money, and I know that the possibility of you losing your funds is higher before you will meet the wagering requirements.
