We are aware that some of these replied might be a bit…dated at this point, so we won’t be commenting on specifics about competitions that have finished for example, but we promise to be more active in the future!

Allow me to address the questions which have been raised in a chronological order:

 
Well, if that is the case that you will get many gamblers playing at your site who do not want to provide KYC and yet gamble online. My other question, what did you answer on the last conversation when they said that there will be no refund? Logically you would have complained about it because you think that you will get it based on the first conversation.
Frankly speaking, this is the first time I hear a casino give a refund when a gambler ask for permanent self exclusion, so the first thing comes to mind is that there was a miscommunication in the first conversation.

Hello, I cant send personal messages to Casinopunkz.io because Iam a newbie.  Thats why I post it here

I have got a responsible gaming issue on casinopunkz.io. I requested a exclusion forever because of the reason gambling addiction. I had already a support conversation where a refund was stated. I should login account for withdraw. My account was unlocked for that action. But there was no balance. As I contacted the support again it was said that no refund will be done.

Please help me with my case.

Don't know if there's certain law like that which allow you to request a refund from the casino after you lose your money there.

Also that's so childish attitude of yours thinking about you get a refund from them since I think its not possible to request that and you can't force a casino to refund your losses.

I remember someone created a thread asking for refund on Stake https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5526815.0 And I guess this is same action they want to do here.  I have doubts about this claims and maybe they are just trying their luck to get something from the casino and I think those things they ask is not really possible to happen.

Weekly big win tournament multiplier contest is about to end. I was seating on 5th place and upon checking now someone overtake my post. Better luck next time for me finished in 6th place. Anyone from bitcointalk who option-in in this tournament? Didnt notice in the start of the tournament that they lowered the bet amount requirement, from 1€ before to 0.6 € current tournament.

Frankly speaking, this is the first time I hear a casino give a refund when a gambler ask for permanent self exclusion, so the first thing comes to mind is that there was a miscommunication in the first conversation.
Maybe he used the wrong term here! What I believe he wanted to say is that they (Casinopunkz) agreed to temporarily re-open his account so he can withdraw his remaining balance and not to refund the money he lost.
That’s the only logical explanation unless he misunderstood what the support agent told him language barrier) as you suggested.
@Jonasgamble, when you request self-exclusion, you will only be able to withdraw the remaining balance in your account.

I was on 4th this week while I was on 1st in the previous week. Just noticed about the reduced bet amount, this is a good move especially because the prizepool remains the same but I think it will make us harder to win since more players may come with the reduced minimum bet amount. I always opt-in in this weekly tournament since I knew it for the first time weeks ago when it was easier to win because on the early few weeks, I could secure one prize even with multiplier under 50x.

Number 2 was impossible, once you lose then you lose. The only refund can be possible are number 1, while you have some money left in your account. None of the history casino give you a refund on number 2.

Been using this casino for 1 month.. very good, no problem. My only suggestion would be to find a way to reduce lag/delay between spins.  Grin

I guess he's just desperate to get back his losses and imagine crazy things like asking refund for his losses.

For sure that situation is impossible and I don't know why the hell he think about he can ask for refund after he lose his money on the casino. If he is just careful dealing with his bets provably he will not experienced to lose everything he have. So best for him to move on and learn his lesson from his own mistakes.

I been through these cases on other casino, have you ever turn on acceleration in your browser. Tried:
- Setting browser
- System
- Turn on graphic acceleration when available

Let me know, work or not. I hope these one work, cause I have experience lagging in some casino but fixed by these.
