That's just classic gamblers fallacy for you where people are interpreting patterns here and there as some sort of strategies to try and increase their win rates when the games in question are completely randomised and results themselves are provably fair.

Slots also have a high house edge which is why it's pointless forming these strategies and it's best to focus on the fun aspect instead.

I seriously doubt that. Maybe if the game comes with several RTP options and the casino activates the highest one during a promo period while the game is brand-new. Other then that, the game pays out what it was configured to do. It might look like it's easier to win on a new game because there are more gamblers playing it. More players wagering more money, which results in more wins across the board.

Umm new Games or new casino? I tend to see the winnings  are very high when usually picking a new casino. Although these Slot's are based on RTP but why new commers always wins big.

Whether the game is new or has been around for a too long does not change anything. This doesn’t affect the chances of winning in any way. What really matters is the game’s RTP and volatility.

I play games because I want to explore games that are new with me or when I want to have entertainment. I don't play games because of any theory or fallacy of big winning chance, it's untrue.
