I can understand the frustration but I think single sport is not always easier to win either. Having multiple sports is not a bad thing at all. It actually adds more variety to the contest. IMO combining different sports in one parlay bet can be more fun and exciting. Not only that it is also a good chance to learn more about other sports that we are not familiar with yet.

In my case with limited number of sports following, 3 different sports category is much harder than focusing only 1 sports with same number of parlay because I’m familiar with the team capabilities compared on other sports like Football which I don’t how teams play and just rely with odds.

It’s true that it’s still hard to do parlay bet even on single sports but it’s less difficulty than 3 different sports due to I will be force to bet on team that I’m not familiar with.

memehunter has already confirmed in this thread that the rules will be changed in the future. For the ongoing rounds, participants were still required to bet on three different sports. But since multiple people didn't like this rule, the organizers have decided to change it. You will be able to bet on only one sport in future competitions of this nature.

That happens from time to time... we can't always win. Sometimes, winning a combo with just 3 bets seems impossible. And I agree that 3 different sports make things a bit/a lot complicated. One or maybe two sports would be different... But I doubt they will change the rules.

It's good that this has been considered. I only focus on soccer betting, making it easier for me to analyze and consider combining at least three parlay bets. There is usually an option to tick/untick or a button to click on to claim a bonus. You probably did that without thinking or reading what it does.

When you claimed the welcome bonus, Punkz added bonus money to your account. You then started wagering, which is required before you can withdraw. During this process, you won and lost bets. Your balance grew to 950 USDT. But this is still not your money because you didn't meet the wagering requirements. When you cancelled the welcome bonus, all the bonus money and the winnings that originate from bonus funds get removed from your account. That's why your account balance dropped.

You expected that your balance would go down to the original 500 real-money deposit. But it doesn't work like that. When you play with an active bonus, the casino first uses your real-money deposit for the bets you make. They can also mix bonus money and real money. This all happens in the background and you don't see that. For example, you make a 50 USDT bet. In the background, the casino takes 25 USDT from your deposit and 25 USDT from the bonus allocation. If you lose that bet, you also lose 25 USDT of your real money. You don't get that back after cancelling a welcome bonus.

The 200 USDT that seem to be "missing" from your account is simply 200 USDT that you lost while betting and trying to meet the wagering requirements.

I do not agree with your explanation for the following reasons:

Unwanted Bonus: I did not intentionally claim any bonus. If your system defaults to "checked" or hides the option, it is misleading. I wanted to play with my own cash, not be locked by an 80x wagering requirement.

Unfair Deduction Logic: You claimed that my "real money" was used first for bets. This is a predatory policy. If the bonus was active, my total balance was 1000 USDT (500 deposit + 500 bonus). When my balance grew to 950 USDT, it means I only "lost" 50 USDT from the peak, not 200 USDT of my principal.

Restoration of Principal: I stopped playing as soon as I realized the bonus was active. Taking 200 USDT of my actual deposit after I cancelled a bonus I never wanted is theft.

I was confused, so I specifically went to Live Support and asked if canceling would deduct my original deposit. Instead of giving me a straight answer, the agent completely dodged the question and kept shifting the topic, eventually just saying that "canceling is your own choice." Because of this lack of transparency and the vague "forfeit winnings" message, I proceeded with the cancellation, believing my 500 USDT principal was safe since I only intended to play with my own cash. It is completely unfair that 200 USDT of my actual deposit was taken just because your staff refused to be honest when I asked a direct financial question. I am no longer asking for the 450 USDT profit, but I demand that my original 500 USDT deposit be restored to my balance immediately. First of all, I’m not part of the support team of the casino. My opinion is just based on the ToS.

I’m not aware that your original deposit was deducted since I’m just focus on your general statement that your bonus and profit was deducted.

I agree that you should at least get your deposit back since only profit and bonus balance was deducted. Can you share screenshot with support conversation? You can do this by uploading image on talkimg.com then post the link here.
